Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the material yield, simplify the construction, and reduce time cost by laminating end parts of flat heat insulating materials and bonding them by an adhesive without cutting them into complicated forms in the mutual connection of the flat heat insulating materials to be set on the reverse side of a ceiling panel or the like. SOLUTION: The end parts of flat heat insulating materials 1, 1' formed of an inorganic heat insulating material such as glass wool, rock wool, felt or the like, or a plastic foamed body such as foamed styrol or the like are laminated, and mutually bonded by an adhesive or thermal fusion to form a deformed laminated heat insulating material 2 for building. The heat insulating material 2 having a large dimension can be provided without cutting each heat insulating material l, l' into complicated forms. This heat insulating material 2 is stuck to the reverse side of a ceiling panel, and also inserted between rafters to form a ceiling. Thus, construction can be simplified, working environment can be improved, and production efficiency can be also improved.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various heat insulating structures have been studied for construction (Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-72936, etc.). In particular, sheet-shaped and plate-shaped heat insulating materials have excellent molding efficiency and are convenient in use. However, depending on the part to be used, there are some that cannot be handled with the above sheet-shaped or plate-shaped heat insulating material, such as those with different thicknesses depending on the part, those with a complicated shape such as the back surface of the ceiling panel, etc. Prepared and cut into the desired shape on site. But,
It is not easy to cut the heat insulating material into a complicated shape at the site, and when using a resin foam material foamed with a solvent as the type of heat insulating material, a heat insulating material that easily generates dust at the time of cutting, asbestos, etc. Not only will there be problems in the working environment, but production efficiency will also decrease. Further, a bulky heat insulating material (generally 200 mm or more) is often expensive due to production equipment.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to eliminate the step of cutting into a complicated shape, so that there is no problem in the working environment, it can be easily installed, and it is a bulky heat insulating material. Since there is no need to use a heat insulating material, the yield of the heat insulating material to be used is good, and it is an object to provide an inexpensive deformed laminated heat insulating material for a building and a method for constructing a building.

The laminated heat insulating material of the present invention 1 (the invention according to claim 1) is formed by laminating a plurality of heat insulating materials,
It is a profiled laminated heat insulating material that is integrated. The heat insulating material used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it blocks the heat flow and suppresses the temperature change inside the building. For example, glass wool, rock wool, felt, inorganic heat insulating materials such as heat resistant bricks, and styrofoam. And the like, such as a resin foam.

The method of laminating the heat insulating material in the present invention 1 is not particularly limited as long as it can bond the respective heat insulating materials, and may be laminated by a conventionally known adhesive or like a resinous foam. Any heat-insulating heat insulating material may be laminated by heat fusion. The laminated heat insulating material of the present invention 1 is prepared by previously forming a heat insulating material having a certain thickness (generally 200 mm or less) by a conventionally known method such as extrusion molding, and laminating with an adhesive or the like to obtain a desired shape to be laminated. Insulation is obtained.

The laminated heat insulating material of the present invention 1 is cut and laminated according to the shape of the site to be constructed. The construction method of the present invention 2 (the invention according to claim 2) is a construction method of a building in which the laminated heat insulating material of the present invention 1 is installed on the back surface of a ceiling panel. The laminated heat insulating material of the present invention 1 is cut and laminated in advance according to the shape of the back surface of the ceiling panel, and then applied to the back surface of the ceiling panel. The laminating process may be carried out at the same time as the construction.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The deformed laminated heat insulating material for construction of the present invention uses a bulky heat insulating material because it does not need to be cut into a complicated shape during construction because a plurality of heat insulating materials are laminated and integrated. Since there is no need, the yield of the heat insulating material is good and the heat insulating material becomes inexpensive. According to the construction method of the present invention 2, since the irregularly shaped laminated insulating material for construction of the present invention 1 is installed in an irregular shape such as the back surface of the ceiling panel, it is possible to provide an inexpensive ceiling panel that is easy to construct. .
