【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 少なくとも一種をシャープペンシルとし
た2種の筆記体を搭載して、選択的に夫々の筆記先端部
を先端口から交互に出没可能とした複式筆記具に於い
て、軸筒内で交互に前後退位置に位置決めされる一対の
摺動コマが配設されると共に、夫々の摺動コマの先端に
は夫々筆記体が接続され、シャープペンシル側の摺動コ
マの先方で軸筒の軸心側の側面に凹部が設けられ、その
凹部の前面に後方側に傾斜面を有したカム部が形成され
て、又、摺動コマの前進位置における摺動コマの凹部側
面と同位置の直上で軸筒に窓部が穿設され、該窓部の後
端に軸支され先端部が軸筒の軸心側に可動するサイド釦
が装着されて、又更に、軸筒の先端に先端口を有した口
先部が揺動可能に軸支されて、前記サイド釦の上面を押
圧することでサイド釦が前記凹部に挿入すると共に先端
部が前記摺動コマのカム部の傾斜面に衝接し、摺動コマ
を前進させてそれと連動してシャープペンシル筆記体を
直線上に前進させて芯を繰り出し可能とした複式筆記
具。

れ、前記操作体の回転に伴う回転軸の回転で夫々の摺動
コマが交互に前後動して夫々の筆記体の筆記先端部が先
軸先端口から出没可能となるように構成されたことを特
徴とする上記請求項1及び2記載の複式筆記具。
