Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying unit for applying an agrochemical to the fields, mounted with an atomizer so as to direct the extended line of liquid agrochemical application downward as compared to the undercarriages of a helicopter to prevent an applied liquid agrochemical from dripping as large-sized droplets at the undercarriages. SOLUTION: This spraying unit is designed to conduct an aerial application of a liquid agrochemical in a tank 7 by an atomizer 35 from a helicopter mounted with a pest controlling tank 7 and flying by wireless control. The atomizer 35 subject to position change between application position and housing position on response to the falling or raising of an arm 34 is set up so as to direct the extended line of liquid agrochemical application downward as compared to the undercarriages 4 of the helicopter, and the upper face C of liquid agrochemical application from the atomizer 35 is situated lower than the undercarriages 4.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, according to the present invention, a remote control helicopter is equipped with a control tank and an atomizer for spraying the liquid agent in the tank is provided with an atomizer. The helicopter is equipped with an atomizer so that it is located below the leg, and the liquid sprayed from the atomizer does not splash onto the lower part of the leg and the liquid does not hit the leg. It is possible to eliminate the problem that the liquid agent adheres to and becomes large water droplets and drops.

Further, as is clear from FIG. 1, a remote control helicopter (A) is equipped with a control tank (7) and an atomizer (35) for spraying the liquid agent (B) in the tank (7) in the air. In the provided spraying device, the atomizer (35) is attached so that the liquid agent (B) spraying extension line of the atomizer (35) is below the leg body (4) of the helicopter (A), and the liquidizer spraying of the atomizer (35) is performed. The upper surface (C) is located lower than the leg body (4), the liquid agent (B) sprayed from the atomizer (35) is scattered to a portion lower than the leg body (4), and the liquid agent (B) is spread on the leg body (4). ), The liquid agent (B) adheres to the leg body (4) and drops into large water droplets unlike the conventional case. Moreover, the conventional problem that the liquid (B) attached to the leg (4) dries and the leg (4) becomes dirty can be eliminated.

As is apparent from the above embodiments, the present invention is an atomizer in which a control tank (7) is mounted on a remote control helicopter (A) and the liquid agent (B) in the tank (7) is sprayed in the air. In the spraying device provided with (35), the atomizer (35) is attached so that the liquid agent (B) dispersion extension line of the atomizer (35) is lower than the leg body (4) of the helicopter (A), The liquid agent (B) sprayed from the atomizer (35) does not scatter to a lower portion than the leg body (4), and the liquid agent (B) does not hit the leg body (4). It is possible to eliminate the problem that the liquid agent (B) adheres to and becomes large water droplets and drops.
