Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to expect new utility, by a method wherein a magnetic operation different from a rubber magnet is shoran by the presence of a laminar S-magnetic pole and an N-magnetic pole alternately. SOLUTION: On a soft plastic magnet sheet 1, a laminar S-magnetic pole, on which disposition of magnetic pole as S-N-S-N-S-N is arranged from the left on the upper surface, and a laminar N-magnetic pole, on which the dropososition as N-S-N-S-N-S is arranged from the left on the lower surface, are alternately combined. The above-mentioned soft plastic magnet sheet 1 is formed by mixing permanent magnet material powder, polyisocyanate and polyol, a catalyzer is added, the polyisocyanate and the polyol are reacted with each other, and after solidification or the material, at is magnetized in such a manner that the launinar S-magnetic pole and N-magnetic pole are alternately combined on the same surface, or the permanent magnet material powder, polyisocyanate and the polyol are mixed and a catalyzer and a boaming agent are added, both of them are reacted with each other, and after they are formed and solidified, they are magnetized in such a manner that the lamrnan S-magnetic pole and N-magnetic pole are alternately combined on the same surface.

2. Description of the Related Art As a flexible permanent magnet sheet, a rubber magnet in which raw material powder of a permanent magnet and rubber are mixed and molded into a sheet and magnetized is commercially available. One side is an N magnetic pole and the other side is a magnet. Is similar to an ordinary magnet in that it is magnetized in the S magnetic pole, and finds little use in stationery, stickers (such as Wakaba mark), daily necessities and the like.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a flexible plastic magnet sheet of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a flexible plastic magnet sheet shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a side view of the flexible plastic magnet sheet 1 in the same plane, here, from the left on the upper surface in the order from S-N-S-N-S-N, and on the lower surface from the left to the N from the upper surface. Band-shaped S magnetic poles and band-shaped N magnetic poles are alternately present in the order of -S-N-S-N-S. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, the magnetic flux 2 is concentrated between the adjacent strip-shaped opposite magnetic poles (SN), and the magnetic flux 2 repeats in the same pattern.

FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are diagrams for explaining a phenomenon caused by alternating existence of band-shaped S magnetic poles and band-shaped N magnetic poles on the same surface. When two flexible plastic magnet sheets 1A and 1B having the same magnetic pole arrangement are stacked in the same phase as shown in FIG. 4, the magnetic pole (N) on the back side of the upper magnet sheet 1A and the lower magnetic sheet 1A are stacked. The magnetic sheets (S) on the front side of the magnet sheet 1B are attracted to each other and the two sheets come into close contact with each other. However, as shown in FIG. 5, one of the two magnet sheets, for example, the lower magnet sheet 1B is shifted in the horizontal direction by one pitch (width of the S magnetic pole or the N magnetic pole) and overlapped at different phases. In this case, the magnetic pole (N) on the back side of the upper magnet sheet 1A and the magnetic pole (N) on the front side of the lower magnet sheet 1B repel each other, and the two sheets are separated from each other. As the lower magnet sheet 1B is moved horizontally, the two flexible plastic magnet sheets 1A and 1B are moved.
Hang on and off. Such a phenomenon can be used for toys and the like.

The band-shaped S magnetic poles and the band-shaped N magnetic poles do not necessarily have to be alternately present in a linear striped pattern as shown in FIG. Depending on the purpose of use, for example, S magnetic poles and N magnetic poles may be alternately present as concentric bands as shown in FIG. 6, or as shown in FIG. 7, fan-shaped on a circular or donut-shaped sheet. The S magnetic poles and the N magnetic poles may be alternately present as the bands.

An example of a specific application is a magnetic fitness tool. Magnetic health equipment called electric van has a diameter of 8 mm.
It is said that a circular ferrite magnet of a certain degree is applied to the skin surface to improve blood circulation at the wearing site and loosen stiffness by the action of magnetic force, but it feels hard to touch and it is not possible to apply a uniform magnetic force to a wide range. There is a drawback to say. Since the flexible plastic magnet sheet of the present invention gives a uniform magnetic force over a wide area and is flexible enough to be attached to a curved surface or an uneven surface, it can be used in close contact with a curved human body. .

The flexible plastic magnet sheet according to the present invention is prepared by mixing the permanent magnet raw material powder with polyisocyanate and polyol, adding a catalyst to react the polyisocyanate and polyol, and solidifying them, and then stripping the strip-shaped S on the same surface. Magnetize so that magnetic poles and belt-shaped N magnetic poles are present alternately, or mix permanent magnet raw material powder with polyisocyanate and polyol, add catalyst and foaming agent and react polyisocyanate and polyol to foam and solidify. After doing
It is obtained by magnetizing so that strip-shaped S magnetic poles and strip-shaped N magnetic poles are alternately present on the same surface. As the polyisocyanate, either an aromatic polyisocyanate such as tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) or an aliphatic polyisocyanate such as hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) can be used. As the polyol, a polyether polyol such as polypropylene glycol is preferably used, but a polyester polyol can also be used depending on the purpose of use. As a catalyst, an organometallic system such as dibutyltin dilaurate,
Alternatively, tertiary amines such as triethylenediamine and water or fluorocarbons are used as the foaming agent. A polyurethane-based flexible plastic magnet sheet having an arbitrary density and an arbitrary flexibility can be produced by selecting a raw material, a use ratio, a foaming condition and the like. This is a technique well known to those skilled in the art. The mixing ratio of the permanent magnet raw material powder and the polyurethane raw material mixture is 20 to 90% by weight, preferably 30 to 90% by weight of the permanent magnet raw material powder in the permanent magnet sheet.
It is better to set it to 00% by weight.
