2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, when building a building such as a house, in order to shorten the construction period, the walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, etc. are made into panels, and the panels are joined to build the building to some extent. Construction methods that allow the skeleton to be completed are becoming popular. Moreover, in recent years, it has been attempted to increase the air-tightness and heat-insulating property as much as possible to enhance the habitability. Conventionally, the above panel is provided with the air-tightness and heat-insulating property in advance. It is manufactured and adapted to this.

Next, the manufacturing process of the building panel P will be described. As shown in FIG. 2A, the peripheral frame 10 is created in advance, and the exterior panel 22 is struck on the peripheral frame 10. Next, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, a board 3 such as an iron plate located at the same position as the attachment site of the moisture-proof sheet 14.
0 is arranged, and in this state, the heat insulating material 12 is blown and filled by a filling machine or the like. After that, as shown in FIG.
The board 30 is removed, and the moisture-proof sheet 14 is attached with an adhesive. If the moisture-proof sheet 14 is made of a hard material such as a paperboard having a thickness of about 1 mm and coated with aluminum, the moisture-proof sheet 14 may be directly attached without using the board 30. This may be filled with the heat insulating material 12. Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, the recess 13 is filled with the sound absorbing member 20. Then, as shown in FIG. 3C, the interior panel 21 is struck.
Further, the furring strip 23 is struck on the exterior panel 22, and the heat insulating material 12 is filled in the same manner as described above.

When assembling the building panel P thus formed, the building panels P are successively built in predetermined portions. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the peripheral frames 10 adjacent to each other are continuously provided, and the interior panel 21 and the exterior panel 22 are also continuously provided. Then, for example, the ear portion 15 is replaced by the ear portion 1.
5 pieces are joined and bent along the interior panel 21,
Further, the tape 31 or the like is attached from above. As a result, as compared with the case where the joint portion is closed only by the tape without the ear portion 15, the joint portion between the panels P and P is sealed by the amount of bending the ear portion 15, so that airtightness is surely ensured. Can be secured. Further, in this case, since the building panel P is provided with the interior panel 21, the exterior panel 22 and the furring strip 23 in advance, the time required for interior and exterior work on site is shortened and the construction efficiency is greatly improved. To be made. After the building panel P has been assembled, a wall plate is struck on the furring strip 23 and a wallpaper or a decorative panel is attached to the interior panel 21 for finishing.

In the thus constructed building panel P, since the sound absorbing member 20 is provided on the indoor side, the sound on the indoor side can be well absorbed, and therefore, the echo in the room can be suppressed. And a more comfortable space is provided. Further, even if moisture in the room leaks to the outside, it is blocked by the moisture-proof sheet 14, so that airtightness is maintained. In particular, since the joint portion between the panels P and P is sealed, airtightness can be reliably ensured. Therefore, the dew condensation in the panel P is prevented, and the durability of the panel P can be improved.

5A and 5B show a construction panel P according to another embodiment. This building panel P
Is substantially the same as the above, but unlike the above, the ears 15 are made of a moisture-proof adhesive tape in which an adhesive 15a is applied to an aluminum foil tape. That is, as shown in FIG. 5A, the left and right ends of the moisture-proof sheet 14 are flush with the left and right ends of the interior panel 21, and the ears 15 made of the moisture-proof adhesive tape are previously provided on the left and right ends of the moisture-proof sheet 14. The building panel P is manufactured by pasting. Then, as shown in FIG. 5B, when assembling the building panel P, the adjacent peripheral frames 10 are arranged continuously, and, for example, the ears 15 are arranged on the sides of the ears 15 where the adhesive 15a is not present. Interior panel 21 by joining
The adhesive 15a side is attached to the interior panel 21, and the tape 32 or the like is attached from above the ear portion 15. As a result, as compared with the case where the joint portion is closed only by the tape without the ear portion 15, the joint portion between the panels P and P is sealed by the amount of bending the ear portion 15, so that airtightness is surely ensured. Can be secured. Other actions and effects are the same as above.
