Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance compared with a basket made only of a synthetic resin, and at the same time, improve the workability, and easily shape up the shape by a method wherein on one part or the whole part of a frame being molded of a synthetic resin, a plant strap material with flexibility such as wisteria, bamboo, ivy and willow, is woven in, or wound around. SOLUTION: A frame 1 comprises of a bottom surface 2 comprising of a grille which is integrally injection-molded of a synthetic resin, a side surface 3 comprising of a vertical rib, and an upper frame 4 with an L-shaped cross section, and is formed into a square of which the upper surface is open. Then, a plant strap material 5 with flexibility such as wisteria, bamboo, ivy and willow is woven in by making it go under alternately in the horizontal direction, on the vertical rib which constitutes the side surface 3, and at the same time, the same strap material 5 is densely wound around the upper frame 4 to make the upper frame 4 invisible. On the side surface 3, the vertical rib made of the synthetic resin can be seen between the strap material 5 made of a natural material, and by suitably selecting the color of the synthetic resin, a beautiful appearance with unique taste can be generated, or by making the vertical rib the same color with the strap material 5, the whole body can be made to look like being made of natural materials only.

[Means for Solving the Problems, Actions and Effects] As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides a plant such as rattan, bamboo, ivy, willow or the like in a part or all of a skeleton molded of a synthetic resin. Since a flexible strip is knitted or wrapped, it is more aesthetic than a basket made of synthetic resin only, and a plant-made strip is knitted or wrapped in a molded synthetic resin framework for excellent workability.
