Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planter capable of being readily assembled and diassembled. SOLUTION: This enclosed material is obtained by mutually connecting edges of laminar materials. Each laminar material is provided with a part 5 of difference in level at a position of a fixed distance L1 from one edge of the laminar material. The part 5 of difference in level is provided with a window hole 2. On the other hand, an insertion projection piece 3 is formed at another edge of the laminar material. The insertion edge hole 3 is provided with an engaging projection piece 6 whose edge is engaged with the edge of the window hole 2 when the insertion projection piece 3 is inserted into the window hole 2. The amount of the engaging projection piece 6 from the insertion projection piece 3 and the width and the thickness of the window hole 2 are set so as to freely remove the insertion projection piece 3 from the window hole 2 when the angle of one edge of the laminar material 1 from the other edge of the laminar material 1 is made into an approximately 90 deg.. The projected amount and the width and the thickness are set so as to make a state in which the engaging projection piece 6 of the insertion projection piece 3 inserted into the window hole 2 is engaged with the edge of the window hole 2 and can not be extracted when one edge of the laminar material and the other edge of the other laminar material are made approximately into a linear state.

Further, there is provided a connecting structure of sheet plate materials 1 having a shape-maintaining property, which is made mainly of pulp which can be cut by a press or bent by a press, and the sheet is attached to one edge 1a of the sheet plate 1. A step portion 5 having a step substantially equal to the thickness of the plate material 1 is provided in parallel with the end edge 1a with a predetermined distance L 1 from the end edge 1a, and a window slightly wider than the thickness of the sheet plate material 1 is provided in the step portion 5. A plurality of holes 2 are bored in series at predetermined intervals, and a plurality of insertion projections 3 to be inserted into the window holes 2 are inserted into the other edge 1b of the sheet plate 1 concerned.
To project in a state of being flush with the surface of the sheet material, and a part of the insertion projecting piece 3 is cut off in a U shape so that the top portion is parallel to the other edge 1b of the sheet material 1 and is projected to the back side in a slightly inclined state. Thus, the locking projection 6 is formed, and the portion of the distance L 1 from the step portion 5 of the sheet plate 1 to the one end edge 1a is used as the support portion 7,
Insert the protruding piece 3 of the sheet plate 1 into the window hole 2 of the sheet plate 1.
When the end edge 1a of the sheet plate 1 and the other end edge 1b of the sheet plate 1 are pulled out, the two pieces cannot be separated from each other by fitting the locking projection 6 to the outside inner edge of the window hole 2 by fitting it into Further, the sheet plate material mainly made of pulp is characterized in that the other edge 1a of the sheet plate material 1 and the other edge 1b of the sheet plate material 1 are provided so as to be separable from each other when the sheet plate material 1 is pulled out at a right angle. 4. A connecting structure of sheet sheet materials having shape-maintaining property, comprising pulp as a main raw material, which can be cut by a press or bent by a press, and has a thickness of the sheet sheet material at one edge of the sheet sheet material. A step portion having a step substantially equal to the height is provided in parallel with the edge with a predetermined distance from the edge, and a plurality of window holes slightly wider than the thickness of the sheet plate material are provided at the step portion in series at predetermined intervals. A plurality of insertion projections to be inserted into the window holes at the other edge of the sheet plate, and the projections are provided on the edge so as to be flush with the plate surface. Is cut in a U-shape, and the top is parallel to the other edge of the sheet plate so that it projects slightly back to the back side to form a locking projection, and from the step of the sheet plate to one edge. Use the distance part as the support part, and insert the sheet plate insert protrusions into the sheet plate window. When the one end edge of the sheet plate material and the other end edge of the sheet plate material are pulled out by inserting the locking projection piece into the hole and locking the locking projection piece to the outer inner edge of the window hole, and the sheet plate material A connecting structure of sheet plates made of pulp as a main raw material, characterized in that when the other end of the sheet plate is perpendicularly drawn with respect to one end of the sheet, the two can be separated.
