Claims (4)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 現像装置のトナーが不足したとき、現像
装置に装着され、収容しているトナーを現像手段方向に
補給するトナーカートリッジであって、トナーを収容す
ると共に、トナーを搬送する開口を備えたトナー収容部
と、トナー収容部内に配設される回転駆動軸と、回転駆
動軸に摺動自在に軸支され、収容するトナーを回転して
撹拌、搬送する複数のトナー撹拌部材とを備え、 各トナー撹拌部材はそれぞれ回転駆動軸との連結手段を
介して回転駆動軸に連結、連結解除可能に構成され、独
立して回転できるよう形成されてなるトナーカートリッ
ジ。
1. A toner cartridge, which is mounted on a developing device and replenishes the contained toner toward a developing means when the developing device runs out of toner, and has an opening for accommodating the toner and conveying the toner. A toner storage portion provided, a rotary drive shaft disposed in the toner storage portion, and a plurality of toner stirring members that are slidably supported by the rotary drive shaft to rotate, stir, and convey the stored toner. A toner cartridge, wherein each toner stirring member is configured to be connectable to and disconnectable from the rotary drive shaft via a connecting means with the rotary drive shaft, and is configured to be independently rotatable.

【請求項4】 現像装置本体の駆動源に連絡する回転駆
動軸と、回転駆動軸に植設される係合ピンと、回転駆動
軸に摺動自在に軸支され、収容するトナーを回転して撹
拌、搬送する複数のトナー撹拌部材と、トナー撹拌部材
を回転駆動軸の中央方向に付勢するスプリングとを備
え、トナー撹拌部材はスプリングに押圧されたとき回転
駆動軸上を移動し、回転駆動軸に植設される係合ピンに
係合する溝を有し、トナー撹拌部材は溝と回転駆動軸の
係合ピンが係合して回転駆動軸に連結されると共に、収
容するトナーのトナー撹拌部材にかける圧力がスプリン
グの付勢力より大きいとき、トナー撹拌部材は回転駆動
軸との連結が解除されるよう構成されるトナーカートリ
ッジ。
4. A rotary drive shaft communicating with a drive source of a developing device main body, an engagement pin embedded in the rotary drive shaft, and a rotary drive shaft slidably supported to rotate the stored toner. A plurality of toner stirring members that stir and convey and a spring that biases the toner stirring member toward the center of the rotation drive shaft are provided. When the toner stirring member is pressed by the spring, the toner stirring member moves on the rotation drive shaft and is driven to rotate. The toner stirring member has a groove that engages with an engagement pin that is planted on the shaft. The toner stirring member is connected to the rotation drive shaft by engaging the engagement pin of the rotation drive shaft with the toner stirring member. A toner cartridge configured such that when the pressure applied to the stirring member is larger than the biasing force of the spring, the toner stirring member is disconnected from the rotation drive shaft.
