Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove dust without drawing a small article, a cord type article or the like by providing a brush for wiping out the dust, and removing the dust adhering to the brush with a suction force. SOLUTION: A mandrel 2 is inserted in the center part of a wool quality brush 1 and held with a body 3. Furthermore, a handle 4 is connected to the mandrel 2 and turned, thereby rotating the mandrel 2 and the brush 1. Then, a motor 6 is operated by use of electricity from a power supply part 5 having a dry battery, or chargeable via a cable connected to a receptacle. A fan 7 is rotated on the operation of the motor 6 to generate a suction force inside the body 3, and wipe out the surface of a cleaning object with the brush 1, thereby removing deposited dust. As a result, a small article, a cord type article or the like is not drawn and, therefore, the dust can be easily removed without anxiety.

(A) When removing dust with a vacuum cleaner The objects to be cleaned are limited for the following reasons. -When using the accessory brush for the vacuum cleaner, small items, rags, and string-like items are sucked in because the suction force is too strong. -Because the brush is hard, it is not suitable for items that are fragile to be cleaned, and may be scratched or damaged. (B) When using a mop for removing dust ・ Dust from a mop or brush may re-attach to an item that has been thoroughly cleaned.・ Because the mop uses chemicals such as dust adsorbents, it cannot be used, for example, on fruits, foods, and displays because these chemicals adhere to it.・ When replacing mops, most of the time, you will be asked by a specialized contractor, and in that case you will be charged. (C) When using a duster ・ The dust that has slattered rises and reattaches. Therefore,
It is necessary to select the place and surrounding conditions such as ventilation.・ It is not good for hygiene because the dust that flies up pollutes the air. -Not suitable for fragile items.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention According to the present invention, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, an indirect removal method of removing dust adhering to a brush by wiping it off with a brush and then removing Solved the problem. (B) Small items, string-shaped items, etc. are not sucked in, so it is safe and easy to remove dust. (B) Prevent dust from adhering to the brush from reattaching to articles. (C) It is not necessary to replace the brush itself except for dirt and damage. Also, if the brush becomes dirty, it should be cleaned and reused. (D) Since it does not use chemicals that absorb dust, it can also be used to remove dust from display items.

In order to solve these problems, the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. The mandrel 2 is inserted into the central portion of the brush 1 made of resin or the like, which is made of resin to wipe away dust. The mandrel 2 is held by the body 3. A handle 4 is attached to the mandrel 2, and by rotating the handle 4, the mandrel 2 and the brush 1 are rotated. The motor 6 is operated by the electric power of the power supply unit 5 such as a dry battery, a rechargeable battery, or a cord that receives electric power from an outlet, whereby the rotating fan 7 generates a suction force inside the main body 3. The exposed surface of the brush 1 is applied to the surface to be cleaned and lightly rubbed to wipe away dust. When the handle 4 is rotated and put into the main body 3, the brush 1 having dust adhered thereto removes the dust adhered to the brush 1 by a suction force. Dust separated from the brush 1 is removed by the filter 8.

To remove dust using this machine, (1) turn on the power switch 9. (2) Hold the main body 3 and brush 1 on the part to be cleaned.
And wipe the dust off. (3) Dust on the portion to be cleaned adheres to the brush 1. (4) The user turns the handle 4 at an appropriate time depending on how dirty the brush 1 is. (5) When the handle 4 is turned, the dust-attached portion of the brush 1 enters the main body 3, and the dust attached to the brush 1 is sucked and removed by the suction force generated by the motor 6 and the fan 7. (6) Dust separated from the brush 1 is removed by the filter 8. On the other hand, the dust-free air is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust port 11. (7) The dust thus collected is removed by removing the filter cover 10.

[Embodiment] Similar effects can be obtained by making the structure of each part of this machine as follows. (1) As a second embodiment, a device that does not generate suction force by itself is provided, and the connection port 12 is connected to a device having an external suction force such as a vacuum cleaner to remove dust by suction.
The method shown. In this case, the weight of the main body is reduced and the cost is reduced, which is economical. (2) As Example 3, the method shown in FIGS. 14 to 20 in which the brush 1 and the mandrel 2 are supported only on one side. In this case, it becomes more convenient to make the machine smaller and clean it in a narrow space or when carrying it.
