2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when taking out a liquid in a can, it is pumped by a resin pump or an electric pump that is manually operated and sucks up, and in most cases 18 kg
The cans, which are in front and behind, are lifted with both hands, and the tongue-shaped device attached to the spout is transmitted, and once taken out into a container such as a jug, and then subdivided. In order to avoid such annoyance, it is often seen that an exclusive tank equipped with a cock is uniquely manufactured and the liquid in the purchased can is purposely transferred to the exclusive tank for use. Although there is a technology to attach a discharge tool to the discharge port of a can, it has not been put to practical use due to its inconvenience and lack of a shelf for efficient storage.

The oil used for industrial purposes will be described here as an example. (B) The resin pumps and electric pumps that are suctioned by hand are dirty with oil, and after the work is finished, oil is attached to the suction pipes and spills down the floor, making it difficult to store the pumps. . (B) Lubricating oil such as machine oil is used to lubricate the machine using an oiling device, but since the oiling port of this oiling device is small, it cannot be directly lubricated from the can. Therefore, lift a can that weighs about 18 kg with both hands, lower the can outlet, let the tongue-shaped device attached to the can outlet travel, and take it out into a receiving container such as a jug, and then to the lubricator. Refueling requires double labor. (C) Not only is the work of taking out the oil in the can a heavy labor, but when taking it out into a receiving container such as a jug, it scatters around and falls over and pollutes the floor. Is dirty. Cleaning up the spilled oil is also a difficult task. (D) Cans that are still in use with insufficient cleaning are covered with dust and dusted in the corners of the factory, and over time it becomes clear which can oil is used for what purpose. There is also confusion such as disappearing. The present invention has been made to solve these disadvantages.
