Abstract

表面麻酔及び深部の局所麻酔に利用することに関するも
のである。従来、塩酸プロカインは注射による局所麻酔
にもちいられていた。本案は、塩酸プロカインが非常に
水に良く溶ける薬剤であることを利用し、貼付用局所麻
酔剤として疼痛緩和の目的で使用できると考え粘着テー
プに塗布し、皮膚に貼付することを考案したものであ
る。これを図面について説明すれば、（１）は粘着テー
プ、（２）は塩酸プロカインである。第１図、第２図に
示すように粘着テープ（１）の粘着面に塩酸プロカイン
（２）を塗布し、第３図のように皮膚に貼付することに
より第４図のように皮膚に吸収される。上述のように塩
酸プロカインを貼付用局所麻酔剤として使用したとこ
ろ、約３０分後〜１時間後には皮膚表面及び深部の麻酔
作用が認められた。本案は、注射と比べ皮膚の消毒が不
必要なため、使用法が簡便で苦痛もなく、又、皮膚に損
傷を与えないため繰り返し処置が可能であるという面か
