Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high buckling strength for a substitute of a one-to can, a 4.765-US gallon can, by forming a nearly-octagonal cylindrical body and top and bottom lid members out of water-resistant cardboard. SOLUTION: This paper container is made of cardboard whose front and rear are covered with a resin laminate and, is composed of three members consisting of a body 21 and top and bottom lid members 20. An adhesive piece 13 is stuck to a side plate 12 so that they match, and lock pieces (f) are folded inside. Inside plates 14 are folded inside so as to enwrap the lock pieces (f), and a projections (t) are inserted into lock holes (e), thereby forming the top and bottom lid members 20. On the other hand, a blank plate is formed as a body part 21 in which body plates 16 and corner plates 18 are alternately provided so as to be continuous and adhesive pieces (d) are formed at the ends of the body plates 16. By folding it along the creases and joining together the adhesive pieces (d) and the corner plates 18 at the ends, a body part 21 in the form of a nearly-octagonal cylinder is formed. The body plates 16 of the body part 21 and the insides of the corner sides of the top and bottom lid members 20 are brought into contact with each other to close the lids. Thus, it can be used as the high buckling strength paper-container for storing solid matter or the like.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, solid or viscous substances such as marine products, foods, fats and oils are put in an inner bag made of a resin film and used as a container for storing, storing and transporting a metal canister (usually one container). (A container called a can or petroleum can, hereinafter referred to as a can.)
It is widely known as a tough, yet reusable commercial container. In addition, for liquids, a back-in box in which an inner bag made of polypropylene or the like is fitted with a spout, a seasoning such as soy sauce or a drink such as juice is filled, and an outer box such as corrugated board is stored is also for commercial use. Widely used. To pour out liquid such as seasonings, cut off the spout outlet that was previously formed on one side of the body of the outer box or the canopy, and engage the flange of the spigot attached to the inner bag at this location. The liquid is poured out from the spout without stopping.

However, the above-mentioned metal one-ton can is corroded by salt or moisture, and is difficult to dispose of when it is discarded. Therefore, there was a problem in the efficiency of the storage space. On the other hand, a back-in-box made of a corrugated cardboard box also has a problem in the strength of the cardboard box, and when a shock such as a drop is applied, the cardboard is distorted or damaged and the inner bag is broken. Further, even in an outer box made of corrugated cardboard, it is difficult to maintain its shape because it easily absorbs moisture and water, and in such a state, it cannot be transported and there is a risk that the inner bag may be broken.

When this paper container is used as it is, as shown in FIG. 4, it can be used in the same manner as a conventional metal one-ton can by fixing and sealing it on the top and bottom with a PP band or the like. At the same time, it becomes possible to stack these containers by the substantially octagonal body portion 21. Also, the size of this paper container is not limited to the same size as the Ito can, but the size can be changed according to each application, thereby expanding the range of use and the body part. If the length becomes short, further buckling strength can be obtained.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the basis weight is 1200 Kg / m.
2 is used for the front and back surfaces of a cardboard having a thickness of 1.7 mm, using a base material which is water-resistant by extrusion laminating polyethylene resin. It is a paper container composed of three members. First, on the upper and lower sides of the lid plate 11, locking pieces f,
Side plates 12, 12 having f, f, f and affixing pieces 13, 13 are arranged in series via folding lines a, a, and further locking holes e, e, e, on the left and right sides of the cover plate 11. e is provided, and the projections t, t, t,
Inner plates 14 and 14 having t are connected in series to cover members 20 and 2.
Zero blank plates were formed. This assembly is performed by the side plate
The adhesive pieces 13 and 13 are folded and adhered to each other so as to be aligned with each other and folded up, and the locking pieces f, f, f, f are folded inward from the fold line, and the locking pieces f, f, The inner plates 14, 14 are bent inward from the fold lines a, a so as to wrap f, and the projections t, t, t, t are inserted into the locking holes e, e, e, e to form a lid member. Two blank plates of this lid member were produced to form a lid member at the top and a lid member at the bottom.

As described above, the lid members 20 and 20 are not limited to those shown in FIG. 1. For example, a blank plate as shown in the development view of FIG.
The sticking pieces 13, 13 are folded and stuck together so as to match with 2, and folded up, and the locking pieces f, f, f, f are folded inward from the folding line, and the locking pieces f, f, f, The inner plates 14, 14 are folded inward from the folding lines a, a so as to wrap the f, and the protrusions t, t, t, t are inserted into the locking holes e, e, e, e to form a lid member. Any shape may be used as long as it can be put on the body portion in a shape, and the inside of each of the four side surfaces of the lid member abuts on the body plate on the four sides of the body portion.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the body portion 21 of the paper container is such that the square plates 18, 18, 18, 18 are alternately arranged on the body plates 16, 16, 16, 16 through the folding lines a, a. These are arranged in series, and each square plate 18 is bent from each folding line a, a, and an adhesive piece d
And a rectangular plate 18 at the end are attached to form a substantially octagonal tubular body 21. The lid member 2 is placed on the top and bottom of the body portion 21.
A paper container is obtained by covering with 0 and 20. On this occasion,
The inside of each side surface of the lid member is brought into contact with the outside surface of the body plate tip end of the body portion to close the lid in a sealed state.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a cutout portion s formed by perforations is provided on one surface of the body plate 16 of the body portion 21. This paper container is filled with a liquid such as juice. By accommodating an attached polypropylene inner bag, it can be used as an outer box (back-in box) for liquids. That is, the cut-out portion s is broken to serve as an outlet for the plug 30 of the inner bag stored. That is, FIG.
As shown in (1), since the spout 30 can be taken out and fixed to the cutout portion s of the body plate 16 by the cut-out plate material with the flange of the spout 30 being locked, it can be used as a paper container for liquid. Therefore, when the solid matter is stored, it can be used as it is as a paper container without breaking the cutout portion s.

As described above, the present invention has the following effects. In other words, a paper container made of water-resistant cardboard can be disposed of by incineration, etc.
Moreover, it can be easily performed with little influence such as environmental damage. Further, as seen in the related art, the buckling strength is remarkably improved by using the substantially octagonal body instead of the rectangular body, so that the body is strong and can be repeatedly used. Further, the size of the paper container can be freely changed according to the use, and the strength can be further increased by reducing the strength. In addition, since the body, canopy, and bottom lid are folded before use, storage and transportation efficiency is good, and they can be easily assembled before use. This paper container can be a liquid paper container (back-in-box) by adding an inner bag made of a resin film to form a four-member structure. That is,
By providing the cut-out portion at the same position as the stopper of the inner bag on the lid plate of the body or the top, it can be used as it is as a back-in box, and various excellent effects can be obtained.
