Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually recognize will signs by interlocking a vibration motor corresponding to the presence/absence of calling sign from a sound source, changing a vibration pattern corresponding to the kind of the sound source and further, sending the calling sign through a transmission calling function to a party. SOLUTION: In the case of transmitting the 'A' of alphabets through a morse code, for example, when a short transmission switch is first depressed and a long transmission switch is continuously depressed, a morse code '.-'is received. The signal is sent from a radio equipment part 1 to an information processing system, passed through a logic part 2, microcomputer part 3 and switching circuit 4 and processed by a power control circuit 5, afterwards, the on/off electrification of a power source is transmitted to a vibration motor 6, the motor is rotationally operated in the transmittent pattern of 'shortly once and continuously longly once' and an entire armour case main body is vibrated. At the same time, the alphabet 'A' is displayed through the microcomputer part 3 of a reception side circuit onto a liquid crystal display 10.

However, in addition to such hearing impairment, in a so-called blind deaf person who has a visual impairment, various state images of demands may be obtained depending on the degree of the visual impairment and the hearing impairment, the timing of the impairment and the order of the impairment. However, there are almost no specialized devices for assisting daily life, such as the above-mentioned devices for the deaf and hard of hearing, and especially for the deafblind, not only is communication with people restricted, but time and Regardless of the great handicap called "information impairment" that cannot capture surrounding information such as text information, unfortunately we devised a dedicated device developed only for the hearing impaired and the visually impaired. It was the current situation that they were applied individually.

For example, even in a call recognition device for the hearing impaired, a mechanism for setting a vibrator under a pillow or the like as an alarm function and converting a lighting lamp signal of an alarm clock into a sensory vibration of the vibrator to notify. It is possible to detect various ringing voices with a sensor and convert them into sensory vibrations, but since the vibrator is a stationary type with a cord for specific purposes in the home, it has a large size and a wide range. I couldn't carry it.

Further, even if the above-mentioned recognition device is applied to a deafblind person, there is always one type of vibration pattern in place of the lighting lamp display, and a device identification illustration of which sound source sensor reacted to the deafblind person. Since it cannot be confirmed visually (visually), there was a drawback that it was impossible to distinguish between calls, door phones, telephones, etc. For this reason, there have been many demands that the type of vibration pattern is changed according to the sound source, and that the vibrator portion of the vibration source is cordless, small and lightweight, and portable.

Currently, handwritten characters, tactile sign language, finger characters, finger Braille, etc. are used as communication means for deaf-blind persons. However, all of them use the near sense of tactile sense rather than the far sense of visual sense. You need to be in contact with the caller, and when communicating with multiple people, you cannot directly receive the words of people who are not touching them, and usually you can only talk to one person at a time. There was a flaw.

A portable small-sized wireless vibrator device for a deafblind person of the present invention uses a pair of radio units capable of transmitting and receiving radio waves and a received signal of the radio unit as an input signal. It consists of a pager unit equipped with vibration generating means that starts when the sound source rises. The vibration motor works in conjunction with the presence or absence of a calling signal from the sound source, the vibration pattern changes depending on the type of sound source, and it was used as a communication means with the other party. In this case, you can also use it as a transmitter to send a call signal to the other party using the outgoing call function,
This is a portable, small-sized wireless vibrator device that recognizes mutual motives by Morse code or Braille Morse by this transmission / reception function.

In other words, by switching the method of calling a blind deaf person to a method of sensible vibration means using a vibration motor with a weight, in the same way as a visual recognition method such as a lamp display for a deaf person, the deaf person will be blind. Even a person can surely obtain the initial recognition of the presence or absence of the calling signal, and the difference in the signal can be distinguished by changing the vibration pattern to the Morse code. Further, since the wireless device is small and light in the size of a pocket, it can be always carried, the vibration pattern can be received by the tactile sensation of the palm, and the information transmission means by the Morse code can mutually obtain the intention information of the other party.
