Description of the Related Art In a mooring device for a buoy used in high seas, the mooring ring for the buoy and the shackle connected to the mooring line may be abnormally worn, leading to a buoy accident. For this reason, conventionally, a method has been adopted in which a cushioning material such as a rubber chain is inserted in the upper portion of the mooring rope to relieve the shocking tension generated in the rope.

は依然として起っていた。As shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 which is a partially cut side view thereof, the wear condition is such that the inner side of the inner side of the mooring ring is depressed in a U-shape. This is considered to be caused by the buoy and the mooring line moving differently when the buoy moves up and down due to the waves, and the mooring ring and the shackle collide at this time. This can be seen from the observation of the lifted buoy from the appearance that both sides below the inner diameter of the mooring ring were crushed.
In addition, the movement of the buoy and the mooring line are deviated, and the different movements are always caused because there are two different moving bodies (buoy is a rigid body and mooring line is a deformable body), and there is a phase difference.
It has become clear that collisions between mooring rings and shackles are unavoidable. Conventionally, a cushioning material such as a rubber chain is inserted above the mooring line to relieve the shocking tension generated in the line, but as described above, the mooring ring and the shackle move differently and collide and wear. That was unavoidable, and wear was still occurring.

1 is a side view of a mooring device for a buoy according to the present invention; 1 is a bush made of an elastic material such as urethane rubber, 2 is a shirt-cle pin insertion hole provided in the bush, 3 is a shirt-cle, 4 is a shirt-cle pin, and 5 is mooring. In the present example, the rope is a chain, 6 is a mooring ring for a buoy, 7 is a buoy, and 8 is a washer. The buoy and mooring ring are indicated by the two-dot chain line. The clearance between the shirt cle pin insertion hole 2 and the shirt cle pin 4 is made as small as possible to minimize the movement distance of the shirt cru pin to reduce the collision speed, and the clearance between the shirt cle 3 and the washer 8 and the bush 1 is reduced. Minimize lateral movement of the shirt crew as much as possible to reduce bush wear.

FIG. 3 is a partially cut side view of FIG. Reference numeral 9 is a lateral hole for press-fitting and inserting a spring pin provided in the mooring ring and the bush. Reference numeral 10 is a spring pin, which is a wave spring pin in this embodiment, in which the split of the spring pin has a wave shape so as not to come off after being press-fitted. In this figure, the mooring hole 6a of the mooring ring 6 is shown.
There are horizontal holes 9 on both sides of the spring pin, and spring pins are press-fitted in both of them, but the illustration of the spring pin on the right side of the mooring hole 6a is omitted. Reference numeral 11 denotes a lateral hole provided below the shirt-cle pin insertion hole 2 of the bush 1, which is provided when a cushioning effect is required rather than abrasion resistance of the bushing, and acts to increase the deformation amount and increase the cushioning effect. Two pieces are provided in this example, but the number is not limited to this.
