Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the cases and the parts in common to any of Hi and Lo grades, in an electric connection box used for the electric wiring of an automobile. SOLUTION: A plurality of wiring boards accommodated in a case are composed of a stacked bus bar wiring board, where two or more layers of bus bar wiring boards are stacked, and a pressure-welded terminal wiring board 24 which is interposed between the lowermost bus bar wiring board 23' and the lower case 22 and besides in which a desired pattern is made, with its pressure-welded terminal press-fitted in the hole of an insulating supporting board 33 and with its pressure-welded terminal having a covered cable welded in the slot of the pressure-welded terminal. The lowermost bus bar wiring board is a both-sided bus bar wiring board 23' where bus bars are arranged on both upside and downside of an insulating board 28. This is arranged so that the number of bus bars on the downside of the both-sided bus bar wiring board and the number of patterns of the pressure-welded wiring board can be increased or reduced, according to the grades of Hi and Lo.

FIG. 9 (B) is an example of the Lo grade electric connection box used in the same vehicle model of FIG. 9 (A), and includes optional equipment and circuits such as a rearview mirror, an assist control unit, and a motor antenna ignition. It becomes unnecessary. Therefore, the wiring board inside the electrical junction box does not require, for example, the fourth layer of the four-layer laminated wiring boards 3 1 to 3 4 in FIG. 9A. Therefore, when abolish unnecessary busbar wiring board 3 4, because the gap V is generated as shown in FIG. 9 (B), the
In order to eliminate this, it is necessary to newly install the upper case 1'or the lower case 2'or a new four-layer laminated board having a different pattern, which is very costly.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to the present invention, as described in claim 1, a plurality of wiring boards are housed in an insulating case and are derived from the circuit of each wiring board. In an electrical junction box formed by projecting a terminal group into a fuse cavity, a relay cavity, or a connector receiving portion provided in the case, the plurality of wiring boards are two layers of busbar wiring boards each including a plurality of busbars and an insulating substrate thereof. The laminated bus bar wiring board laminated as described above, and the press contact terminal is press-fitted and fixed in the hole of the insulating support plate, which is interposed between the lowermost bus bar wiring board of the laminated bus bar wiring board and the lower case. And a press-contact terminal wiring board in which a desired pattern is formed by press-connecting an electric wire to the slot, and the busbar wiring board in the lowermost layer is a double-sided busbar in which busbars are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the insulating substrate. Is formed as a bar wiring board, employing the changeable providing constituting the number of patterns of the lower surface of the bus bar number and the press contact terminal wiring board in Hi and Lo the double-sided busbar wiring board corresponding to the grade. Further, the increase or decrease in the number of electric wires pressed in the press contact terminal wiring board or the circuit change is performed in accordance with the increase or decrease of the Hi-Lo grade bus bar on the lower surface of the double-sided bus bar wiring board (claim 2).

In the present invention, an internal circuit for a Hi grade car is constructed by using a laminated bus bar wiring board whose bottom layer is a double-sided bus bar wiring board and a pressure contact terminal wiring board, and when the circuit is changed from Hi to Lo, The bus bar on the back surface of the double-sided bus bar wiring board is eliminated or eliminated, and the number of patterns of the pressure contact terminal wiring board is reduced.
Therefore, the size of the insulating substrate to be laminated, the number of layers, and parts such as a case for accommodating these can be shared, and the production cost can be reduced. The same applies when changing the circuit from Lo to Hi. Also, by selecting the number of busbars on the back surface of the double-sided busbar wiring board to be increased or decreased, and the pattern and the number of patterns of the pressure contact terminal wiring board, various circuit changes can be made.

As described above, according to the present invention, an internal circuit for a Hi-grade vehicle is constructed by using a laminated bus bar wiring board having a double-sided bus bar wiring board as the lowermost layer and a pressure contact terminal wiring board. When changing the circuit from Lo to Lo, the bus bar on the back surface of the lowermost double-sided bus bar wiring board can be totally eliminated or reduced, and the number of patterns of the pressure contact terminal wiring board can be reduced. Therefore, the size of the insulating substrate to be laminated, the number of layers, and parts such as a case for accommodating these can be shared, and the production cost can be reduced. The same applies when changing the circuit from Lo to Hi. Also,
A wide variety of circuits can be changed by selecting the number of busbars on the back surface of the bottom double-sided busbar wiring board to be increased or decreased, and the pattern and the number of patterns of the pressure contact terminal wiring board.

1. An electrical connection box comprising a plurality of wiring boards housed in an insulating case, and a group of terminals derived from the circuit of each wiring board protruding into a fuse cavity, a relay cavity or a connector receiving portion provided in the case. In the above, the plurality of wiring boards is a laminated busbar wiring board in which two or more layers of busbar wiring boards each including a plurality of busbars and an insulating substrate thereof are stacked, a busbar wiring board that is the bottom layer of the laminated busbar wiring board, and the lower case. And a press-connecting terminal wiring board having a desired pattern formed by press-fitting and fixing a press-connecting terminal in a hole of an insulating support plate and press-connecting an electric wire to a slot of the press-connecting terminal, The bottom-layer busbar wiring board is formed as a double-sided busbar wiring board in which busbars are arranged on both upper and lower surfaces of an insulating substrate. The number of bus bars on the lower surface of the wire board and the number of patterns of the pressure contact terminal wiring board can be increased or decreased.
