Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a helmet cover produced by sandwiching and sewing a heat-insulation material between cloth pieces and forming the laminate in the form of a hat, effective for preventing the temperature increase in the helmet in the case of a work under the exposure to the direct rays of the sun and protecting the head and the neck from heat to prevent sunstroke. SOLUTION: A heat-insulation material 1 such as glass wool is sandwiched between cloth pieces 2 and the laminate is sewn and formed in the form of a cap. The obtained helmet cover is easily attachable to the helmet simply by putting the cover on the helmet and fixing with hook and loop tapes.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to prevent the temperature inside the helmet from rising, it is necessary to cover the helmet with a heat insulating material. As a result of experiments and theories regarding the ideal material for the cover, it was discovered that it is best to make it into a hat shape with a soft material such as glass wool. Since glass wool and the like have a large thickness and are a hindrance to use, in order to eliminate this thickness, the heat insulating material was sewn finely with a cloth (vinyl or leather may be used).

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it is light and does not disturb the user during the work, so that there is no discomfort at the time of mounting. When attaching the cover to the helmet, you can easily attach it because you only need to put the cover on the helmet and stop it with Velcro. Since the temperature inside the helmet is blocked by direct heat (heat) with a heat insulating material, the temperature rise can be suppressed.

EXAMPLES In order to carry out the present invention, at first, a cover was made only with a heat insulating material, but it was cut off by a slight bump during the work. Therefore, in order to protect the heat insulating material and eliminate the thickness of the heat insulating material, I tried to sew the heat insulating material with a cloth and sew it together finely.
In addition, various materials such as urethane home and aluminum wheels are used, but as a result of the experiment, glass wool was the most heat-permeable and soft, so it was most suitable for processing, so it is now performed with glass wool.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration,
Since it is difficult to pass direct sunlight (heat) through the helmet, the rise in internal temperature is suppressed and it is less likely to cause sunstroke.
