Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately draw two straight lines crossing at an arbitrary angle even on a desk having a small space by combining a frame part having rules and an angle scale with a circular rotary ruler part. SOLUTION: A frame part 1 and a rotary ruler part 2 are mounted in a concave and convex uneven manner. The ruler part of the rotary ruler part 2 is matched to 0 deg. and 180 deg. of the angle scale 3 of the part 1, and a straight line is drawn. Then, the ruler part of the part 2 is rotated, matched to the arbitrary angle of the scale 3 of the part 1, and a straight line may be drawn. When the two straight lines crossing at an arbitrary angel are drawn, the lines can be drawn merely by matching the angle, and hence no error substantially occurs. Further, the angle formed by the crossing two straight lines can be simply measured similarly to a conventional protractor. It can be simply used like a template even on a desk having small space, and can be simply carried.
