【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 金属製の板材を円筒状に成形することに
より形成される胴部と、 前記胴部の下端に取付けられた底部とを備え、 前記胴部の上下端近傍には、前記板材の端部が重ね合わ
されかつ該重ね合わされた部分を貫通するように第1と
第2の貫通穴がそれぞれ設けられた第1と第2の重ね合
わせ部が設けられ、 前記第1と第2の重ね合わせ部の間には、前記板材の両
端が互いに係合した状態でかしめられることにより形成
されるかしめ部が設けられる、洗濯機の内槽。

他方端とを互いに係合させた状態でかしめるとともに前
記第1と第2の貫通穴を前記第3と第4の貫通穴上にそ
れぞれ配置することにより、前記板材を円筒状に成形す
る工程と、を備えた、洗濯機の内槽の製造方法。
