Abstract

SOLUTION: A plurality of through holes 2B, which penetrate in the slanting direction between the top 2A and the bottom, are formed on a disk-shaped base 2. The through holes 2B are bored in such a direction that they may be oriented to the inside of the base 2. A plurality of pins 3 satisfactorily longer than the through holes 2B are slidably inserted into the through holes 2B respectively. The pins 3 inserted into the through holes 2B are adapted to project out from the bottom of the base 2 in an intersecting state. A bolt 4 is vertically anchored with the central part of the top of the base 2 of a foundation pile stated above. A pressure plate 5 is fitted in the screw 4A so that it may move vertically.
