に嵌着する下向き開口のねじ蓋と、該ねじ蓋における筒
部の下端縁に脆弱部を介して連接したリング部(TEバ
ンド)とを備え、前記リング部に、前記瓶口に形成した
フランジ部に下方から当たる係合部を形成することによ
り、密封した後にねじ蓋をねじ戻すと前記脆弱部が千切
れて開封されるように構成し、更に、前記ねじ蓋の内部
のうちその上部に、軟質合成樹脂製のパッキンを離脱不
能に取り付けて成るピルファープルーフキャップであっ
て、 前記パッキンに、瓶口の内周面にきっちり嵌まり込む中
栓部を形成し、このパッキンとねじ蓋とを、少なくとも
ねじ蓋をねじ戻し始めてから前記脆弱部が千切れるまで
の範囲内では、中栓部が瓶口の内周面にきっちり嵌まっ
た状態が保持されるような関係に設定していること、を
特徴とする合成樹脂製のピルファープルーフキャップ。
