ト挿入係止孔の巾は挿入するナットの外径よりわずかに
広く、上記鍔部の外径より小さな巾とし、この保持体内
にナットを上記ナット挿入係止孔から挿入し、ナットの
一端の鍔部を底板のナット挿入係止孔の周縁に係止させ
て当該ナットの下部を当該ナット挿入係止孔から保持体
外部に突出させ、この状態で上記ボルト孔の一端とナッ
トの一端との間に間隔を有し、かつボルト孔とナットの
螺孔とがほぼ同軸上に位置していることを特徴とする、

底板に位置するナット挿入係止孔の他端部は六角ナット
の巾広の外径よりわずかに大きく、ナットの鍔部の外径
より小さな巾を有し、この保持体内に六角ナットを上記
ナット挿入係止孔から挿入し、六角ナットの一端の鍔部
を底板のナット挿入係止孔の周縁に係止させて当該六角
ナットの下部を当該ナット挿入係止孔から保持体外部に
突出させ、この状態で上記ボルト孔の一端と六角ナット
の一端との間に間隔を有し、かつボルト孔と六角ナット
の螺孔とがほぼ同軸上に位置している構造であることを
