2. Description of the Related Art Stairs are generally used for climbing to high places and second floors in buildings. Depending on the height, this staircase may have a pedestal in the middle. That is, if the inclination angle for hanging the stairs is steep, there is no problem in strength of the stairs, but if a gentle inclination angle is set to facilitate climbing, the bending moment acting on the stairs will increase. For that reason, the pedestal placed in the middle separates the two short stairs to reduce the bending moment that acts.

The above-mentioned mount is not only installed to supplement the strength of the stairs, but the hanging direction of the lower stairs and the upper stairs can be changed by sandwiching the mounts. Therefore, there is also an advantage that the stairs can be installed in a place that does not interfere. However, such an intermediate pedestal depends on the height of a high place and the type of stairs to be used, and is constructed in combination with the stairs. That is, the structure is not versatile and can be used at any place.

The present invention is a ladder for climbing to a high place or a second floor by using a folding staircase. In this case, the staircase is not a single ladder but a pedestal is installed between them to fold the staircase. Tatami stairs will be connected vertically. The folding stairs to be installed on the upper and lower sides can be connected in a straight line with the above pedestal in between.
In the case of connecting to a mold, there may be a case in which two pedestals are additionally provided and connected to a U-shape. However, the present invention does not limit the connection form of the folding stairs.

More specifically, the L-shaped upper connecting rod 13 is provided with support shafts 16 and 1 at the ends of the longitudinal direction and the front slanting column 11, and the lateral direction and the rear slanting column 12, respectively.
Shaft 6 Then, the lateral direction of the lower connecting rod 14 which is formed into an L shape in opposition to the upper connecting rod 13 and the end portions of the front inclined column 11 and the longitudinal direction and the rear inclined column 12 are respectively supported by the support shafts 16 and 16. Axle. Further, the side surfaces of the treads 15, 15 ... Arranged between them are also formed in an L shape, and the longitudinal ends and the front slanted columns 11 and the lateral direction and the rear slanted columns 12 are respectively supported by the support shafts 16, 16.
With a shaft. By doing so, when the stairs are folded, the treads 15, 15, ... Can be aligned on the same plane in the longitudinal direction of the front tilted column 11, and the stairs can also be used as an ascending plate.

Next, the angle adjusting mechanism of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 4, the angle adjusting mechanism 20 is provided in the bracket 17 of the upper connecting rod 13, and the engaging teeth 23 and the engaging teeth 23 are provided at the end of the core 21 that is engaged in the front tilted support 11. Radiator 2 with locking portion 24
2 is rotatably supported by a hollow pin 32. Then, the claw member 25 that engages with the radiator 22 is arranged at the U-shaped bent portion of the core 21, and is pinned by the pin 27. Further, the engaging teeth 23 and the claw members 25 are provided on the engaging protrusions of the claw members 25.
The lever member 26 capable of releasing the engagement of is connected via the pin 28. A spring force of a spring 29 is biased to the pin 28 so that the claw member 25 meshes with the engaging tooth 23.

Further, as a device for finely adjusting the inclination angle of the stairs, the fine adjustment screw 3 provided on the bracket 17 is used.
The locking portion 24 of the radiator 22 is combined with the moving member 30 that engages with the moving member 30, and the spring force is applied to the moving member 30 by the spring 33. Therefore, if the fine adjustment screw 31 is turned, the locking portion 24 moves up and down together with the moving member 30, and the radiator 22 rotates. In this case, since the claw member 25 meshes with the engaging claw 23 of the radiator 22, the tilt angle of the front tilt column 11 is changed together with the claw member 25.

By the way, the spring 33 pushes the spring force up against the moving member 30 and pushes it up.
The fine adjustment screw 31 projects from the upper surface of the upper connecting rod 13.
When the left and right fine adjustment screws 31 and 31 have variations, the protrusion lengths appear differently. Therefore, the fine adjustment screws 31 and 31 can be corrected by aligning the protrusion lengths (FIG. 5). reference). However, the spring 33 may not be provided in the fine adjustment screw 31. When a load is applied to the stairs, a torque that rotates the radiator 22 in the counterclockwise direction acts, and the locking portion 24 descends to move the moving member 3.
0 and the fine adjustment screw 31 are pushed down. However, the moving member 30 is held in a predetermined position by being supported by the head of the fine adjustment screw 31, and the angle of the radiator 22 is appropriately determined.

As described above, when the angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the stairs, first, the core 21 having the angle adjusting mechanism 20 is inserted into one end of the front tilted column 11, and the step board 15 and the upper connecting rod are connected. 13 is pivotally mounted on support shafts 16 and 16 so as to be swingable. It is preferable to dispose these angle adjusting mechanisms on both the left and right sides of the upper connecting rod 13, but if a large load does not act, the angle of the stairs can be adjusted by disposing only one of them.

Next, a method of adjusting the angle adjusting mechanism 20,
That is, to explain the method of adjusting the gradient of the stairs, the moving member 30 that engages with the fine adjustment screw 31 is fixed at a fixed position, and the locking portion 24 that engages with the moving member 30 naturally causes the movement member 30 to be fixed. The radiator 22 is also fixed. And
For example, the angle is determined by the engagement of the engaging teeth 23 cut in the radiator 22 at an angle of 15 degrees with the claw member 25 arranged in the front tilted column 11. That is,
By shifting one engaging tooth 23, the slope of the stairs is 15
The angle of degrees can be changed.

Further, for fine angle adjustment within 15 degrees, the position of the moving member 30 is changed by rotating the fine adjustment screw 31. Along with that, the radiator 22 also rotates, and the positions of the locking teeth 23 change. As a result, the position of the claw member 25 that meshes with the locking tooth 23 is changed, and the tilt angle of the front tilt column 11 is changed, so that the angle of the stairs, that is, the slope can be freely changed.
Moreover, it can be easily adjusted.

When the load and the pawl member 25 engaged in this manner are applied to the tread plate 15 when the stairs are moved up and down, the meshing is further strengthened, and the teeth and the pawls do not come off. . Further, when folding the stairs as shown in FIG. 3, by pushing the lever member 26, the radiator 22
The claw member 25 is released from the engaging tooth 23 of, and the stairs can be folded at a stretch.

However, the releasing means of the claw member 25 is not limited to the lever member 26, but a screw may be provided at the position of the pin 28 and the head of the screw may be projected to the surface of the front tilted column 11. Therefore, a curved groove that allows the head of the screw to move is formed on the surface of the front inclined support column 1, and the head of the screw is slid to release the pawl member 25 from the locking tooth 23. FIG. 6 is a specific example showing the releasing means in this case.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The folding staircase of the present invention has a pedestal in the middle so that it can rise to a relatively high place. Therefore, the folding staircase may be short and strong in terms of strength. In addition, there are various forms of arranging two folding stairs above and below with the pedestal in between, and the installation space is smaller than when using a long single staircase, and it should be placed in one corner of the room. It is a versatile staircase that can be used.

Since the staircase of the present invention is a foldable type, the stairs are arranged regardless of the height at which they are attached to the pedestal or the height between the high place and the pedestal. You can That is, the inclination angle of each staircase can be freely changed and attached. Furthermore, the column-shaped stand stands up without being fixed to the floor surface, and the double-folding stairs serve as a support to stabilize it.
