Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure which is satisfactory in efficiency of construction and in which a satisfactory water stop performance can be stably kept during a long period of time. SOLUTION: A joining groove 12 opened upward is formed on the side edge 11 of one floor panel 1, and a projected flat part 22 projected outward below the main body part 20 is formed on the side edge 22 of the other floor panel 2. A water stop material 3 which covers both upper and lower surfaces of the part 22, and is provided with a cavity part 34 along the forward end part of the projected flat part 22 and formed by an elastic material is put on the projected flat part 22, the above members are inserted in the joining groove 12, the lower wall part 32 of the water stop material 3 is compressed between the base 12a of the joining groove 12 and the lower surface 22b of the projected flat part 22, and the side part of the cavity part 34 is made closely adhere to one inside surface of the joining groove 12.

In Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-48515, the side edges of the flat plate-like main body portions of the floor panels to be joined to each other are bent downward to form side walls for joining, and the side walls of the two floor panels are connected to each other. A structure is adopted in which bolts and nuts are tightened with a sealing material interposed between them.

On the other hand, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-40476 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-15930, a joint groove having a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed along the side edge of the flat plate-shaped main body of one floor panel, and the joint groove is formed. The tip of the rising portion corresponding to the outer side wall is bent further outward at a position lower than the flat plate main body to form a flat portion, and the side edge of the flat plate main body of the other floor panel is bent downward. Side wall is formed, the side wall is inserted into the above-mentioned joining groove, an elastic body is interposed between the lower end of the side wall and the bottom surface of the joining groove, and it is formed outside the joining groove of one floor panel. A structure in which an elastic body is interposed between the upper surface of the flat portion and the lower surface (back surface) of the flat plate-shaped main body portion of the other floor panel is adopted.

Among the above-mentioned conventional floor panel joining structures, in the structure of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-48515, water tightness is obtained by the tightening force of bolts and nuts, but the tightening force is weak. In this case, not only the sealing performance deteriorates and water leakage easily occurs, but also it takes time and effort to insert the bolts by aligning the bolt holes on each side wall for joining, and further, all floor panels are raised and fastened. It is necessary and there is a problem that the workability is extremely poor.

On the other hand, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-40476 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-15930, since the thin lower end surface of the side wall inserted into the bonding groove is bonded in contact with the surface of the elastic body, the bonding is performed. Due to the difference in dimensional accuracy and deformation of the two floor panels that should be made, it is actually difficult for the elastic body in the joint groove to exert complete water blocking performance, and the dynamic load on the floor surface When the side wall in the joint groove moves due to action or the like, the elastic body breaks or the deterioration is accelerated,
There was a problem with respect to the durability of the waterproof performance.

<Operation> A projecting flat portion 22 projecting in the horizontal direction along the side edge 21 of the other floor panel 2 is fitted into the joint groove 12 of the one floor panel 1 and is covered with the projecting flat portion 22. A part 32 of the water blocking material 3 is planarly contacted by the lower surface 22b of the projecting flat portion 22 and the bottom surface 12a of the joint groove 12, and is sandwiched in a compressed state by them. Therefore, even if there is a slight difference in size between the floor panels 1 and 2, good water blocking performance can be obtained. Also, each floor panel 1,
Even if the joining groove 12 and the projecting flat portion 22 move relative to each other due to the action of a dynamic load with respect to 2, the portion 32 of the water blocking material 3 sandwiched between them makes surface contact with both of them. Therefore, it is hard to slip and does not break or deteriorate.

In the above embodiment of the present invention, the water blocking material 3 is used.
The lower side wall portion 32 is compressed by the bottom surface 12a of the joining groove 12 and the lower surface of the projecting flat portion 22 in a state where the upper and lower surfaces thereof are in surface contact with each other, so that the floor panels 1 and 2 may have some dimensional error or deformation. Even if there is, good water stopping performance can be obtained. Also,
For the same reason, even if a dynamic load acts on the floor panels 1 and 2 and these floor panels 1 and 2 move relative to each other, the waterproof performance is maintained, and damage and deterioration are unlikely to occur.

Further, the water blocking material 3 is in the shape of a bag, and the projecting flat portion 22.
Since it is covered in advance, the workability is good. Further, in this embodiment, since the joint material 4a, 4b made of an elastic material is filled in the gap of the joining groove 12, a sealing agent such as caulking is used together with the water blocking material 3 described above. Since it is not present, the workability is extremely good and the work can be done in a short time.

As described above, according to the present invention, the other floor panel in which the bag-shaped waterproof material made of an elastic material is covered inside the joint groove formed in the side edge of the one floor panel. Adopting the structure in which the protruding flat part is inserted, and the lower side wall part of the water blocking material is in a state of being compressed by bringing the bottom surface of the joint groove and the lower surface of the protruding flat part into surface contact with each other. Good water-stopping performance can be obtained even if there is a slight difference in size between the two floor panels, and the water-stopping material moves or is damaged or deteriorates even when the floor panels move due to dynamic loads. Stable water stopping performance can be obtained over a long period of time without fear of occurrence of water.

1. A joint structure for mutually adjoining floor panels, wherein a side edge of a flat plate-shaped main body portion of one floor panel is bent downward and extends outward substantially parallel to the main body portion. In addition, the extended end is bent upward to a position lower than the main body to form a joint groove that opens upward along the side edge portion, and the flat body of the other floor panel is also formed. The side edge of is bent downward and extends outward substantially parallel to the main body to form a protruding flat portion along the side edge, and the protruding flat portion of the other floor panel is the one floor. From the bag-shaped elastic material, which is inserted into the joint groove of the panel, has a protruding flat portion that covers the upper and lower surfaces of the protruding flat portion and has a cavity along the tip portion of the protruding flat portion. Is covered with a water-stopping material, the cavity of which is inside one of the joint grooves. A joint structure for a floor panel, wherein a portion that is in close contact with the surface and covers the lower surface of the protruding flat portion is compressed between the lower surface of the protruding flat portion and the bottom surface of the joint groove.
