Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt to prevent the deflection at the time of executing a decoration inorganic fiber plate made of glass wool used as an interior finishing material, to make it possible to reduce the weight and to increase the area. SOLUTION: The decoration inorganic fiber interior finishing material 1 is constituted by bringing a pair of shape holding members 3 into contact with both side surfaces 22 of an inorganic fiber plate 2, and adhering a decoration sheet 4 from the interior finishing surface 21 side. A grooves 23 is formed on the side 22 of the plate 2 along the longitudinal direction in the entire length. The member 3 is formed of a surface part 31 brought into contact with the side 22 and a bent part 32 brought into contact with the inner surface of the groove 23 by inserting it into the groove 23. The surface 21 of the plate 2 and the part 31 of the member 3 are at lease covered with the sheet 4. When coupling members are inserted into the grooves 23 of the adjacent material 1, even light-weight shape holding member becomes a reinforcing material which functions at the part 32 like rib to prevent the deflection.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a mat made of inorganic fibers such as glass wool and rock wool to which 2 to 10% by weight of a binder containing a thermosetting resin such as an uncured phenol resin as a main component is added is subjected to heat compression molding. For example, thickness 10 to 10
A cosmetic inorganic material that looks good by applying an inorganic paint or attaching a decorative sheet such as a vinyl chloride resin film or glass cloth to the surface of an inorganic fiber board having a thickness of 0 mm and a density of 10 to 120 kg / m 3. Fiberboard is known. These are office buildings, large stores,
It is used as an inner wall material for buildings such as gymnasiums and exhibition halls, and as an interior material such as ceiling materials. In particular, the decorative inorganic fiber board made of glass wool is widely used because it is lightweight among many decorative inorganic fiber boards and is excellent in heat insulating property, sound absorbing property, and flame retardancy.

However, the conventional decorative inorganic fiber board is lighter in weight than the inorganic type interior material such as gypsum board, but its rigidity is relatively low, and therefore, when the size is increased. There is a problem in that the center portion is easily bent due to its own weight, which impairs the aesthetic appearance and thus limits the increase in area.

Further, since the conventional decorative inorganic fiber board has higher flexibility than the inorganic type interior material such as gypsum board, the fiber is not completely cut when slit to a predetermined size, or the side edge is not cut. The corners were rounded and the side edge lines were bent, so the side edge shape accuracy was likely to be low. For this reason, there is a problem in that an irregular gap may occur between the adjacent decorative inorganic fiber boards after the construction, resulting in poor appearance. Further, there is a problem in that, due to the inflow and outflow of air through the gap as described above, dust in the room or on the back of the ceiling is likely to adhere to the peripheral portion of the gap and become dirty, which tends to impair the appearance.

As a means for improving the above-mentioned drawback that the bending is likely to occur, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-158014.
The publication discloses a technique in which a reinforcing material having a T-shaped cross section is embedded in the surface of the mineral fiber board opposite to the interior surface to form the interior material. Also, the actual Kaihei 2-36518
The publication discloses a technique of forming a ceiling board by press-fitting, loading, and adhering a plate-shaped body having a substantially pentagonal cross-sectional shape from the back surface of the glass wool plate without protruding outside. Further, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 5-34220 discloses a technique of constructing a ceiling material by inserting a reinforcing material into a concave groove formed in a groove orthogonal to the fiber direction of a rock wool plate. However, these techniques can prevent the bending of the central portion of the inorganic fiber board, but cannot solve the problem that the side edge shape accuracy is low.

On the other hand, as means for solving the problem that the shape accuracy of the side edge is low, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-37366 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-46568, a shape is formed on the side edge of a plate-shaped glass fiber felt. A technique is disclosed in which a holding piece is applied and one side surface of the glass fiber felt and the shape holding piece are covered with a woven cloth to form an adiabatic sound absorbing plate.
However, although these techniques can solve the problem of the side edge shape accuracy, they are not sufficient for improving the tendency of the central portion to bend.

Further, when a decorative inorganic fiber board is applied as a ceiling material, a cross method is adopted, and a gap between adjacent decorative inorganic fiber boards caused by the low shape accuracy of side edges does not appear on the indoor side. Techniques for doing so are known. The cross construction method is a construction method in which bar materials made of metal or plastic with a T-shaped cross section are connected in a grid pattern, and the ceiling material is placed on a frame formed by suspending and supporting the bar material from the ceiling slab for construction. The frame looks like a lattice from the room side. With this cloth construction method, mounting the ceiling plate,
Since it is easy to remove, it has excellent workability and maintainability, but on the other hand, the appearance of the frame that looks like a lattice from the inside tends to be unfavorable.

Has the same bent portions 32d, 32e, and 32f, and the surface portion 31 of the side surface portion 22 on the interior surface 21 side.
d, 31e, 31f, an edge portion 31d 'which is bent toward the side of the inorganic fiber board 2 so as to ride on the side edge of the interior surface 21;
31e 'and 31f' are formed. In this way, the corner lines of the side surface portion 22 after the decorative sheet 4 is attached can be neatly finished by the surface portions 31d, 31e, 31f and the edge portions 31d ', 31e', 31f ', and the inorganic fiber It is preferable to supplement the low shape accuracy at the side edge of the interior surface 21 of the plate 2. In these examples, the surface portion 31 of the side surface portion 22 opposite to the interior surface 21
Although the d ", 31e", and 31f "are formed in the middle of the side surface portion 22, of course, they may be formed so as to cover the entire surface of the side surface portion 22 as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C. If the lines of the corners of the side edges of the interior surface 21 can be neatly finished, irregular gaps do not occur between the adjacent decorative inorganic fiber interior materials 1, 1 after construction, resulting in poor appearance, Air does not enter and leave through the gaps between the decorative inorganic fiber interior materials 1 and 1.

FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing an example of a state in which a plurality of decorative inorganic fiber interior materials 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above are connected by using a member for connection. FIG.
In (A), the groove 23 of the adjacent decorative inorganic fiber interior material 1,
By inserting a bar 6 having a T-shaped cross section into 23, adjacent decorative inorganic fiber interior materials 1, 1 are connected to each other. When the decorative inorganic fiber interior material 1 is constructed as a ceiling plate as shown in FIG. 1, the bar 6 is connected to the ceiling slab via a hanging bolt or the like not shown. Further, in FIG. 4 (B), the bars 7 are inserted into the grooves 23, 23 of the decorative inorganic fiber interior material 1 to connect the adjacent decorative inorganic fiber interior materials 1, 1 to each other. In such a connected state, the bent portion 32 of the shape-retaining member 3 applied to the entire surface of the groove 23 functions like a rib to function as a reinforcing member for the inorganic fiber board 2 to prevent bending.
As compared with the case where a flat plate-shaped or rod-shaped reinforcing material is used, even a lightweight shape-retaining member can prevent bending more than equivalent. Therefore, in the present embodiment, it is preferable to apply the shape retaining member 3 to the entire surface of the groove 23 in order to enhance the effect of preventing the shape retaining member 3 from bending and prevent damage to the groove 23 itself.

Generally, as an inorganic fiber board for interior materials, a glass fiber having a mean fiber diameter of 3 to 15 μm, rock wool, etc., having a thickness of 10 to 100 mm, has been conventionally used.
Although a material having a density of 10 to 120 kg / m 3 is used, it is said that a glass wool plate is preferable because it is relatively lightweight, and the shape retaining member 3 for this is
0.1-1 mm thick metal plate, 0.5-4 mm thick
1 to 10 mm, or a paper-made member having a thickness of 1 to 10 mm can be used, but these have a weight ratio of 0.05 to 1, particularly 0.1 to the inorganic fiber board 2 as described above.
It is preferable to be 0.6. As the material, a metal processed plate obtained by bending a metal plate is particularly preferable in that it is nonflammable. If the weight ratio of the shape-retaining member 3 to the inorganic fiber board 2 is less than 0.05, the rigidity of the shape-retaining member 3 is lost to the weight of the inorganic fiber board 2, and the bending cannot be prevented. If the ratio exceeds 1, the effect of preventing bending is enhanced, but the entire decorative inorganic fiber interior material 1 becomes too heavy, which may cause trouble during construction. Furthermore, since the amount of flexure at the center portion after construction changes depending on the size, thickness, density, etc. of the inorganic fiber board 2, the material of the shape retaining member 3 should be considered in consideration of the size, etc. of the inorganic fiber board 2. , Thickness, and weight ratio to the inorganic fiber board 2 may be appropriately set.

Examples of the decorative sheet 4 include vinyl chloride film, glass cloth, glass paper, vinyl wallpaper, flameproof rayon woven cloth, etc., which have been conventionally used for interior materials of this type. Alternatively, it may be embossed or surface-painted to improve its appearance. As the adhesive, various kinds of adhesives such as hot melt adhesive, rubber adhesive, solvent adhesive, emulsion adhesive and the like can be used, but in order not to impair the flame retardancy of the inorganic fiber board 2. It is preferably a flame-retardant adhesive.

Further, examples of the method for forming the groove 23 in the inorganic fiber board 2 include cutting and shaping by heating and pressing the inorganic fiber mat in a mold having a predetermined shape in a state where the binder is uncured. it can. The shape and size of the groove 23 may be appropriately set depending on the thickness of the inorganic fiber board 2, workability such as cutting, etc., but in a commonly used interior material, the width (corresponding to the thickness direction of the inorganic fiber board 2) is 1 to 5 mm, depth (corresponding to the width or length direction of the inorganic fiber board) is 3 to 3
It is preferably 0 mm. In addition, in a commonly used interior material, the groove 23 is located at a position of 5 to 25 mm in the thickness direction from the interior surface 21 of the inorganic fiber board 2 in order to increase the effect of preventing the shape-retaining member 3 from bending. As described above, in the decorative inorganic fiber interior material of the present invention, the shape-retaining member, which is fixed to the inorganic fiber board by abutting, applies the bent portion to the inner surface of the groove of the side surface portion of the inorganic fiber board. Therefore, even with a lightweight shape-retaining member, the bent portion functions like a rib to prevent the bending of the inorganic fiber board, which makes it possible to reduce the weight and area of the interior material. Play. Further, since members for constructing a building by connecting to other decorative inorganic fiber interior materials can be fitted in the grooves, it becomes possible to easily connect adjacent decorative inorganic fiber interior materials to each other, such as a house. Not only can it be used as a ceiling material for a building having a relatively low ceiling height, but also it is possible to make the connecting member invisible from the indoor side, which can be preferable in appearance. effective.
