Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innersole which does not impair a fashion characteristic, lessens the compression of the forefoot part and the burden of the body weight, improves the shoe holding power of the foot and embodies comfortable walking. SOLUTION: A laminate 1 is composed by adhering a thin cellulose fiberboard 1b to the lower side of a thick cork grain compressed plate or a rigid plate 1a having the effect similar to the effect of this plate. The cutting line S at the front end of this laminate 1 has a front end line of such a V shape that this line diagonally passes all the rear of the constricted part of the metatarsal heads from the rear inner side P1 in the constricted part of the first metatarsal head at the foot bottom of the wearing person to the rear outer side P5 of the constricted part of the fifth metatarsal head. A second half innersole 10 which is bored with a through-hole 1c of a transversely wide elliptic shape to accept part of the build-up overhanging part of the calcaneous of the heel part or from which a cut-off part 1c' is removed is cut from the laminate. The laminate 2 having the same constitution as the constitution described above is previously cut over the entire length from the heel to the tope. A shank 2c is embedded in the rear part on the lower side thereof and is covered with a backer board 2d; thereafter, this second half part inner sole 10 is adhered atop the second half part of an innersole body 20 previously subjected to setting, by which the innersole is integrally formed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the inventions relating to insoles for shoes have been relatively aimed at alleviating the impact against the intense footwork of sports shoes. Town shoes for general walking, in particular, the cause of injury of the foot such as hallux valgus. Surprisingly few improvements have been made to accommodate women's leather shoes. Under such circumstances, Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-42681 and Japanese Utility Model Publication 6-25

Since the town shoes for general walking are also foot wear, it is natural to pursue fashionability. However, there seems to be a flow of manufacturing without understanding the structure and motor function of the half-faced foot.

[0006] First, in the forefoot, the phalanges are the attachment points for 14 bones, 9 joints, as well as about 16 flexors and extensors. Plays press and hold. In addition, the five metatarsophalangeal joints perform dorsiflexion, plantar flexion and medial and abduction of the fingers. In order to emphasize the appearance of the shoe, the forefoot, where various organs that play an important role in upright walking of the foot are arranged, is narrow in width and low in height. Can be made more relaxed in a way that does not impair the physical properties of the wearer, otherwise it may interfere with the achievement of those physiological functions, and the damage around the phalanges of the wearer may not be reduced. I'm afraid.

Secondly, it seems that there is a strong tendency in the rear foot to soften the contact condition between the shoe and the foot, probably because it improves the comfort of the feet. For example, a footbed made of a foamy soft cushion material is stretched on the upper surface of the insole, or an arch pad or an arch cushion is attached to the arch of the foot with a similar material. However, as the material becomes thinner while wearing it, or the place where it is attached is not suitable, the foot may move in the shoe, the fingertip may be damaged, and a friction part may be formed on the sole. There seems to be many. In general leather walking shoes without strong tightening means such as sports shoes, especially women's shoes, it is necessary to construct the insole so that the foot can capture the shoes well.

Third, there is a problem of weight bearing in the metatarsophalangeal joint. It seems that I often heard and commented on the explanation that the 1st and 5th metatarsophalangeal joints together with the calcaneal protuberance make up three points of weight support. However, the main function of the metatarsophalangeal joint is dorsiflexion and plantar flexion of the foot, and its form is a ball joint, and its movement is large up, down, front and back. That is, the joint is not a device that closely adheres to the weight load, unlike the tarsal part. If the burden is constantly applied, the fatigue of the joint capsule and the ligament that reinforces the joint capsule may occur only in a portion where the movement is large, resulting in subluxation of the ball, that is, hallux valgus.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the insole for shoes of the present invention, the uneven shape of the upper surface of the insole is as follows. The convex surface of the entire arch of the foot that draws the arc up to the next, then it falls at the step and becomes a concave surface of the forefoot up to the tip of the foot so that it fits with the uneven shape of the bare foot, so the floor reaction force from below is effective It acts to strengthen the shoe holding power of the foot, reducing the mechanical loss of walking forward and making the foot lighter.

The shoes produced by fishing in the insole are
It is possible to add a new space up to about 3 mm x the total area of the forefoot sole to the forefoot. Therefore, various organs of the forefoot such as the phalanges, flexors, extensors, metatarsophalangeal joints are released from unnatural compression, and can perform their original functions.
At the same time, the damage around the phalanges of the wearer can be greatly reduced. Moreover, this increase in volume is inconspicuous in appearance, and can be realized with almost no loss in terms of fashion.

On the other hand, in the rear foot, the material is not a flexible material but a cork grain compression plate which is an elastic material having high rigidity, and a laminate with a flexible and flexible cellulose fiber board is bonded in two steps, Due to the extremely reinforced structure backed by a shank, the floor reaction force acts strongly on the entire arch of the foot from the calcaneal protuberance to the metatarsal constriction, forming a zone that plays the main role of weight support. Naturally, the spring effect of the five metatarsal bones is increased, and the weight load on the forefoot including the metatarsophalangeal joint is greatly reduced, so that the injury of the forefoot caused by an unreasonable weight burden can be avoided.
