Description of the Related Art In facilities such as hospitals and public facilities where many unspecified people come in and out, wear footwear etc. for the purpose of eliminating discomfort when visitors use the footwear etc. of the facility. A sterilizer for sterilization may be installed. Conventionally, as a sterilizing method, a method of irradiating ultraviolet rays using a sterilizing lamp is known, but the problem that it is not possible to sterilize parts that are not directly irradiated with ultraviolet rays and damage to footwear etc. that do not have ultraviolet resistance There is a problem that it cannot be applied because it is given. On the other hand, a sterilization method using ozone has long been known for sterilization in fields such as foods. However, since a high concentration of ozone is harmful to the human body, it is important to consider the effects on the human body in the sterilization method using ozone. Therefore, there has been proposed a sterilization device that supplies high-concentration ozone into the storage unit to sterilize the sterilization target, discharges ozone from the storage unit, and then takes out the sterilization target outside the storage unit ( For example, JP-A-7-16163).
However, as a deodorizing and sterilizing device used in a facility where an unspecified number of people come and go as described above, the footwear in the storage unit can be freely opened and closed without the operation of forcibly discharging ozone from the storage unit. It is desirable to develop a device that can keep ozone in the storage portion at a low concentration to the extent that it does not affect the human body so that the human body can be taken in and out.
