ためのものであり、受け部材10、回動部材20、掛留
部材30、押圧ネジ40の4主要部材からなっている。
受け部材10は、腕木状、L字状などの内側に湾曲した
形状に形成してあり、その受け部材10の内面には、管
或は棒Pの外周の一部に当接する当接部11,11が形
成してある。回動部材20は、内側に湾曲した形状に形
成してあり、その回動部材20の内面にも、管或は棒P
の外周の一部に当接する当接部21,21が形成してあ
る。その受け部材10の一端には、回動部材20の一端
が軸により回動可能に取付けてある。このように、上記
受け部材10と、その受け部材10の一端に回動可能に
取付けた回動部材20とからなる固定部材60の他の一
端側即ち受け部材10と回動部材20の夫々の他の一端
側は、開閉可能に形成してある。受け部材10の他の一
端には、軸支部10bが設けてあり、その軸支部10b
には、後述の掛留部材30の他の一端側が回動可能に軸
支してある。回動部材20の他の一端には、掛留部50
が設けてあり、その掛留部50の外壁即ち後述のネジ4
0の先端が当接する位置にそのネジ40の先端を係止す
る顎部51が設けてある。掛留部材30は、コ字状に形

けた軸10cを遊嵌し、その軸10cの両端をカシメる
ことにより、受け部材10の軸支部10bに掛留部材3

には、ネジ40が螺合してあり、そのネジ溝付の孔30
fに螺合するネジ40を強制的に螺合すると、ネジ40

ト付ボルト3の代わりに、本発明の管或は棒の固定器具
では、コ字状掛留部材30を使用すると共に、押圧部材
としてのネジ40を使用ているので、管或は棒の固定器
具の掛留部材30の近傍にはナット付ボルト3のような
危険な先端部が外部に向かって突出していないから、管
或は棒の固定器具を管或は棒に装着後、その掛留部材3
