However, since the conventional rolling rod connecting structure is connected by the threaded connecting bolts 105, stress concentration occurs in the threaded portions of the connecting bolts 105, and the train travels. The threaded portion of the connecting bolt 105 is easily fatigued and broken due to repeated vibrations, and the collar 102 is easily worn due to the threaded portion of the connecting bolt 105. The connecting bolt 105, the collar 102, etc. are regularly inspected. However, it is necessary to replace it in a relatively short period of time, and it is necessary to remove and attach the drop-prevention metal fitting 200 each time, which is very complicated.

Therefore, a connecting structure for a rolling rod according to the present invention is a structure for connecting a branch tongue rail and a rolling rod of a railway track, and is connected to the tongue rail. The plate extends in a substantially horizontal direction and is fixed. The connecting plate is sandwiched by U-shaped connecting fittings on the upper and lower sides thereof, and the connecting plate, the connecting fitting, and the rolling fitting are fixed by stacking the rolling rods on the connecting fittings. While the insertion holes of the rods are aligned, a connecting pin with a head is inserted from above into each of the insertion holes of the connecting plate, the connecting metal fitting and the rolling rod, and the head is prevented from coming off downwards. The pressing metal fitting having the leg portion is fitted into the connecting metal fitting from above and fixed to the connecting metal fitting by the elastic clamping force of the leg portion, and the pressing metal member elastically presses the head of the connecting pin. Characterize.

The connecting pin may be of a type having a head. However, since the connecting pin is held in the insertion hole of the connecting plate, the connecting fitting and the rolling rod at the head, the connecting pin is It is necessary that the diameter is larger than the insertion hole of the upper connecting fitting. Further, the holding metal fitting is held by the connecting metal fitting by its legs, and the head portion of the connecting pin is pressed by the holding metal fitting itself.

If the connecting pin falls off when the connecting pin is broken, the rolling rod and the tongue rail may be disconnected and a train accident or the like may occur. In this case, the conventional fall prevention metal fittings may be used, but there is still concern about the skill of the above-mentioned work and signal failure. Therefore, it is preferable that a fall prevention fitting having a substantially annular shape is fitted in the connecting fitting and the rolling rod from the longitudinal direction, and a receiving plate portion is formed on the fall preventing fitting to receive the lower end of the connecting pin.
The fall prevention metal fitting may have a perfect annular shape, or may have a substantially horizontal C-shape, a horizontal D-shape, or any other shape. Further, the captive metal fitting is not necessarily required to have a spring property, and corrosion resistance may be taken into consideration. Therefore, it is preferably manufactured from stainless steel.

According to the present invention, since the connecting plate and the rolling rod are connected by the connecting pin with the head, the connecting pin does not have a screw portion which is a stress concentration portion, which causes fatigue. The risk of breakage can be eliminated, and even when a collar is used, there is little wear of the collar. Moreover, it suffices to insert the connecting pin into the insertion hole from above, and not only a tool is unnecessary for assembly and disassembly, but also work can be performed above the rolling rod
The inspection work can be simplified and shortened, and the safety of the worker can be improved.

Further, when the fall-preventing metal fitting is formed substantially in the front shape, the fall-preventing metal fitting is rolled and detachably attached to the rod and the connecting fitting from the longitudinal direction, so that it is hit from the side with a hammer or the like like a conventional fall-preventing fitting. There is no need, there is no deformation at the time of attachment / detachment, and there is no danger of it coming off. Moreover, since the distance between the drop-preventing metal member and the switch adjuster rod can be increased, the trouble of the signal system due to the track short circuit can be reliably eliminated. Furthermore, it is not necessary to remove the fall prevention metal fittings at the time of inspection and replacement, and the inspection and replacement work can be simplified.

Further, a fall prevention fitting 28 having a substantially horizontal D-shape on the front side is rolled, and a lower side portion 20 of the rod 13 and the connecting fitting 18 is rolled.
Since it is attached and detached from the longitudinal direction, it is not necessary to hit it with a hammer or the like unlike the conventional fall-prevention metal fittings.
Therefore, there is no deformation at the time of attachment / detachment, and there is no risk of detachment. Furthermore, since the distance between the fall prevention metal fitting 28 and the switch adjuster rod can be increased, it is possible to reliably eliminate the trouble of the signal system due to the track short circuit. Moreover,
There is no need to remove the fall prevention metal fittings for inspection and replacement, which also makes it possible to simplify the inspection and replacement work and shorten the time.
