BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Foreign substances such as tea astringent and tea pieces coming out from tea leaves are apt to adhere to a steamer, which is a steaming action part in a steaming process during a tea making process, and it is unavoidable to wash them frequently. Conventionally, this cleaning work was performed by manually dismantling the steamer in the form of disassembling it in half, but in order to improve this, we installed a nozzle that can spray cleaning water inside the steamer. Attempts have been made to clean it. However, since the conventional idea is limited to that range, it is not possible to sufficiently wash the strongly stuck tea astringent and the like, and the amount of washing water used is large. It is uneconomical to use a large amount of such cleaning water, and this cleaning water flows down to the vicinity of the steamer, which significantly deteriorates the surrounding work environment.

[Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the management mechanism in the tea making steamer according to claim 1 is the whole range from the tea leaf input port to the discharge port in the steamer that steams tea leaves by steaming them in a steam atmosphere for an appropriate time. Or, in a management mechanism with a plurality of nozzles ejecting the cleaning medium facing part of it,
The cleaning medium is composed of a mixed fluid of cleaning water and high-pressure cleaning air, and the cleaning water is supplied from a cleaning water supply pipe, and the cleaning air supply pipe joins the end of the cleaning water supply pipe. Is connected as described above, and further joins the mixed fluid supply pipe in the downstream direction, and the mixed fluid supply pipe is provided with a plurality of cleaning nozzles. According to this invention, water having a mass much higher than that of air with high-pressure air is vigorously sprayed as a mixed fluid, so that the so-called blast action of water surely removes foreign matters in the tea steamer, and the cleaning liquid The usage is suppressed.

In addition to the above requirements, the management mechanism in the tea steamer according to a second aspect of the invention is characterized in that in the merging portion, the washing water is supplied from an orifice which is guided at a right angle in the merging direction. is there. According to the present invention, since the cleaning water is supplied from the extremely fine orifice in the confluence portion of the cleaning water and the high-pressure cleaning air, it is assumed that the water is supplied by the water pressure of not much high tap water. Without the water being pushed back,
Thus, the cleaning water and the cleaning air are smoothly mixed.

The wash water supply pipe 11 is connected to, for example, a water supply hose 11a at its base as shown in FIG.
As can be understood from this, although the mixed fluid C 3 is supplied at high pressure, ordinary public water supply or the like can be used as it is. Therefore, it is not necessary to separately provide a pumping mechanism for increasing the pressure of the washing water C 1 , which is also preferable in that the facility cost can be kept low. Of course, it does not prevent the tap water pressure from being further increased. The cleaning water supply pipe 11 is provided with a regulating valve 16 near the confluence portion 14 as an example. This adjusting valve 16 uses, for example, a ball valve, and its cock 1
It is preferable to provide an indicator 16b near 6a. This makes it possible to know an appropriate opening.
An orifice pipe 17 is provided on the outlet side of the adjusting valve 16, and the orifice 17a is a small hole having a diameter of, for example, 1 to 2 mm, which is bent at the confluence portion 14 toward the mixed fluid supply pipe 13. Is preferred. By the way, this also serves to prevent the backflow when the high-pressure cleaning air C 2 is supplied. Note that the wash water C 1 may be cold water, but it is of course possible to supply hot water or hot water by adding a heating means.

Next, the cleaning air supply pipe 12 will be described. This is the air pipe 1 from the air compressor 18.

The present invention comprises the specific mechanism as described above, and the cleaning is performed as follows. That is, when the steamer 1 is operated and an appropriate time elapses, the mesh cylinder 3
After the foreign matter D has adhered to the stirring shaft 4 or the stirring shaft 4, the operation is stopped and the cleaning work is performed. First, the supply of the steam S may be continued or stopped, but the cleaning water supply pipe 1

At this time, the cleaning air C 2 is ejected at an extremely high speed, and accordingly, the cleaning water C 1 is also ejected from the cleaning nozzle 15 at a high speed. In this way, the mixed fluid C 3 is sprayed at high speed by the cleaning air C 2 and the mass of the cleaning water C 1 is combined, and the blast effect is enhanced with an extremely strong cleaning power, and the net cylinder 3 and the stirring shaft 4 are

Other Embodiments The basic structure is as described above. First, however, the steamer 1 is not limited to such a net-cylinder rotary stirring type steamer, but is a so-called band-type steamer. It goes without saying that it is also applicable. Further, in supplying the cleaning medium, not only the mixed fluid C 3 is always supplied but, for example, a three-way valve or the like is provided in the merging portion 14 to select only the cleaning air C 2 or the cleaning water C 1. It may be one that can be supplied. In addition, the use is not limited to such cleaning, and clean water may be supplied from the cleaning nozzle 15 in order to perform a so-called humidifying action during the operation of the steamer 1. In addition to such cleaning, it is also possible to actively control the steaming conditions during steaming for management. That is, as the wash water C 1 , warm water or hot water may be supplied in addition to room temperature cold water. In this supply, a heating means may be provided on the way as a common conduit, or the hot water supply conduits may be separately joined. In addition to these, the steaming action may be directly performed by supplying heated steam. Of course, the heated steam may be mixed with cold water, hot water, hot water, or the like and supplied. Further, when the heated cleaning medium is supplied, it is also possible to spray these to remove the clogging of the mesh cylinder 3 while performing steaming. That is, even if the washing is performed, the temperature inside the steamer 2 does not decrease.
