Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the engagement of a container main body and a cap from becoming insecure due to the adherence of a leaked liquid on the engaging surfaces of the container main body and the cap by a method wherein on the top surface in the cap where a needle pin is provided, a liquid reservoir part is provided, and the cap is constituted in such a manner that a leaked liquid which generates when the cap is removed from the container main body, is taken into the liquid reservoir part by the needle pin. SOLUTION: This liquid container consists of a container main body 1 which has a discharging port 4 at the tip of a nozzle part 3, and a cap 5 which is engaged with the container main body 1, and wherein a needle pin 6 of which the forward part is inserted in the discharging part 4, is provided. A liquid reservoir part 7 which is provided on the internal top surface of the cap 5 is constituted by forming a large number of recesses into a ring-shape, or of an annular groove, etc. The shape of the liquid reservoir part 7 can be simultaneously formed when the cap is formed, and it is advantageous cost-wise. Therefore, a leaked liquid which generates when the cap 5 is removed from the container main body 1, does not stick to the engaging surfaces between the container main body 1 and the cap 5, and is reserved or lead out to other part, and the engagement between both parts is prevented from becoming insecure.

When the cap 5 is to be used from the state of storage shown in FIG. 10, the cap 5 is first detached from the container body 1. However, when the cap 5 is detached, a problem may occur. Become. The problem is, as a conclusion, that the engagement between the container body 1 and the cap 5 becomes uncertain, but it is roughly classified into the following two depending on the position of the container body at the time of detachment. The problem at the time of detaching the cap 5 is that, like the engagement by fitting, the container body 1
Occurs remarkably when the cap 5 and the cap 5 are more reliably engaged with each other to more reliably block the air inside the cap from the outside air (air-tight).

The first problem is a problem which occurs when the container body (cap) is directed upward and the cap 5 is removed. When the cap 5 is removed, the cap 5 is in a depressurized state and the liquid is sucked up. The sucked liquid is transmitted from the discharge hole 4 of the nozzle portion 3 to the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle portion 3 and finally reaches the engagement surface with the cap 5 and is solidified there. As a result, the subsequent engagement between the container body 1 and the cap 5 cannot be ensured (if the liquid is not solidified, the container body 1 and the cap 5 may be bonded), and the container body 1 and the cap 5 There is a problem that the air flows in from between 5 and the tip portion of the nozzle portion 3 is solidified by the moisture contained in the air, which hinders the subsequent use.

The second problem is a problem that occurs when the container body (cap) is oriented horizontally or downward and the cap 5 is removed. When the cap 5 is removed, the cap 5 is depressurized and liquid Part of the liquid is transmitted from the discharge hole 4 of the nozzle portion 3 to the outer peripheral surface of the needle pin 6 by its own weight,
It moves to the inner top surface of the cap 5, and finally reaches the engagement surface with the cap 5. When the cap 5 is engaged with the container body 1 in such a state, the liquid that has moved to the inner top surface of the cap 5 flows along the inner surface of the cap 5 to the engagement surface between the container body 1 and the cap 5. As in the first problem, the engagement between the container body 1 and the cap 5 is not ensured, and the subsequent use is hindered.
