Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively decrease the number of parts, to decrease manufacturing cost and to improve reliability of sealing by providing a cutting and opening means on a seal membrane part of a seal member for sealing the top end opening of a capsule, in a container for a soln. with a doubly armed needle for making two containers under inner communicating condition through the doubly armed needle. SOLUTION: When a guide capsule 2 and a medicine container are connected with each other under a liq. communicating condition in a container for a soln., at first, a pull ring is pulled to open the seal membrane part 4a of a seal member 4 along a cutting part 18. In this instance, the edge part 4a' of the seal membrane part 4a is left on the guide capsule 2 side and acts as a stopper to prevent a doubly armed needle 3 from falling out of the top end opening of the capsule 2. In addition, after the seal membrane part 4a is cut and opened, the medicine container is forcibly pushed into the capsule 2 through the top end opening of the guide capsule 2 as a usual way and the doubly armed needle 3 is moved from a non-acting position to an acting position by this pushing to communicate both containers each other through the doubly armed needle 3.

However, since the above-mentioned conventional structure is sealed by the peel-off type sealing member as the sealing means of the open end of the guide capsule, pinholes and poor sealing are likely to occur in the sealed portion. In addition to the lack of reliability of sealing, the double-ended needle may move freely to the release end side after peeling off the seal member, so that the double-ended needle may fall off the guide capsule at the start of the dissolving operation. In addition, the hub of the double-ended needle is provided with kickback means for preventing the needle on the drug container side from returning, but no particular consideration is given to preventing the needle on the dissolving liquid container side from returning. There was a risk of liquid leakage due to kickback.

A plurality of, for example, four, locking pieces 15 made of plastic so as to stand upright from the lower bottom of the guide capsule 2, for example, the engagement ring 9, are loci b of a circle concentric with the capsule 2.
(See FIG. 3). The locking piece portion 15 is located immediately below the opening 14 of the needle holder 11 of the double-ended needle 3, and when the double-ended needle 3 slides to the operating position shown in FIG. Concave step a'on the back of the mouth seal part a of the container A (see FIG. 5)
It is designed so that it can be locked against its elasticity. It suffices that at least two locking pieces 15 are provided at positions facing each other with the center of the capsule 2 in between, and a plurality of locking pieces 15 jointly function as a restraining means for fixing the drug container A to the connecting position.

The seal member 4 is made of plastic such as polyethylene and is applied to seal the upper end opening of the guide capsule 2. The sealing member 4 is composed of a sealing film portion 4a and a peripheral wall portion 4b standing upright from the outer peripheral edge of the sealing film portion 4a, and is fitted to the upper end portion of the capsule 2 at the peripheral wall portion 4b. 4b collar part 4 at the upper end
c is locked to the upper end surface of the capsule 2. In order to maintain the airtightness of the fitting portion, the concave-convex fitting portions 16 are formed in the fitting portion in, for example, two upper and lower stages. The central portion of the sealing film portion 4a is bulged upward in order to secure a storage space for the double-ended needle 3 in a state where the height of the capsule 2 is suppressed.

The sealing film 4a of the sealing member 4 is provided with a pull ring 17 as a separating and opening means. The separation part 18 for guiding the separation and opening of the pull ring 17 is provided at a position near the outer periphery of the lower surface of the sealing film part 4a with a small space 19 (see FIG. 5) between the inner peripheral surface of the capsule 2. Therefore, the edge 4a '(see FIG. 5) remaining after the separation and opening is used as a stopper for preventing the double-ended needle 3 from moving upward.

Further, when the medicine container A is pushed to the connecting position shown in FIG. 5, the mouth seal part a of the container A retains elasticity between the locking pieces 15, 15 at the final stage of the pushing operation. While pushing and spreading it against each other, it goes downward between them, and at the same time, the connection state shown in FIG. 5 is obtained, and at the same time, the locking projection 15a at the upper end of the locking piece portion 15 has the above-mentioned mouth seal portion a. The drug container A is firmly fixed to the capsule 2 and thus to the container 1 in this connecting position by being locked to the recessed step portion a'of the back part.
