【発明の詳細な説明】 この考案は医療上、清潔操作をおこなうとき使用する覆
布の視野を広げることにより安全性を高めたものであ
る。従来の覆布は術野となる中心に小さな丸穴があいて
おり視野はその部のみであった。そのため視野が狭く種
々のトラブルということがおこった。たとえば人工呼吸
管理をされている患者に内頚静脈に静脈確保をおこなう
とき覆布をかぶせるがそのとき気管チューブや呼吸回路
が屈曲したり、はずれるということがおこった。この種
のトラブルは発見がおくれると命にかかわることもあ
る。そこで覆布に透明部を付加することにより従来、視
認できなかったものを目で確認することができ安全性が
高まった。第二に従来品は視野が狭いため手技をおこな
う際に位置決めが困難であった。すなわち上で述べた静
脈確保する際、穿刺位置をきめるために目印となる乳頭
や胸骨切痕の確認は覆布の上から触知することによって
おこなっていたが正確性に欠けていた。本発明は視覚に
より確認することにより正確に方向や位置決めができる
ようになり手技の成功率が高まった。また合併症を防ぐ

The present invention enables accurate direction and positioning by visually confirming, and the success rate of the procedure is increased. It also prevented complications and increased safety.
