As described above, there are various types of cold insulators in which the water absorbent resin is enclosed in the bag body. However, an example of this type of heat insulator to be used as a heat insulator cannot be found in the past. Absent. By injecting water, the water absorbent resin
It absorbs water and expands into a gel or jelly. When the bag is heated in this state, the gel-like or jelly-like resin is heated, but when the temperature is raised in a microwave oven or the like, the injected water is rapidly vaporized, expanding the internal volume of the bag, Internal pressure rises. Therefore, there is a problem that the bag ruptures in some cases. Therefore, an exhaust means for discharging the vapor inside is required. Therefore, the inventor of the present application has devised a heat retaining tool in which an exhaust means having a simple structure is attached to the bag body.

The warming tool of the present invention is distributed in the form of a flat bag containing a water-absorbent resin or a water-containing swelling body containing water. In the former case, handling is extremely easy, and a small space can be achieved during storage. The latter is convenient because it is used as it is. The water-containing swelling body of the heat retaining device before heating is prevented from leaking because the exhaust means provided in the heat retaining device has a structure in which it is kept closed until a certain internal pressure. The water-containing swelling body is heated by placing the heat retaining tool in the microwave oven and heating it for an appropriate time, so that the heat retaining tool has an appropriate temperature. In this case, the water in the water-containing swelling body becomes steam and the internal pressure rises. This vapor pressure opens the exhaust means, and only vapor is released to the outside. For this reason,
The internal pressure of the heat insulator does not rise above a certain level.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows one of the concrete examples of the present invention having a simple structure in which a pouch is provided as an exhaust means.
The heat retaining tool 1 is composed of a bag body 2 whose peripheral edge is closed, and a pouch 3 which is fixed to the one edge side, and a water absorbent resin 4 is enclosed in the bag body 2. The bag body 2 and the pouch 3 are made of a synthetic resin material. The pouch 3 is formed by sealing the both side edges and forming the communication passage 5 inside. The communication passage 5 communicates the inside and outside of the bag body 2, and the pouch 3 of this example has an opening hole 6 that opens inside the bag body 2, an exhaust hole 7 that opens outside, and both holes 6. It consists of a straight passage 8 etc. that connects 7 to each other.

Next, a method of using the heat retaining tool 1 will be described. First, by injecting water from the exhaust hole 7 of the pouch 3, the water-absorbent resin 4 contains water and becomes a water-containing swelling body 9 as shown in FIG. Thereby, for example, the portion of the pouch 3 inserted into the pouch 2 is pressed against the inner wall side of the pouch 3 as shown in the drawing, and the opening hole 6 of the pouch 3 and the passage 8 in the pouch 2 are closed. . It should be noted that FIG. 2 is an example, and it goes without saying that the portion of the pouch 3 inserted into the bag body 2 may be held in a state in which the opening hole 6 and the passage 8 are closed while being kept in a neutral state. . In any case, the expansion force of the hydrous swelling body 9 closes a part of the opening hole 6 of the pouch 3 and the passage 8 in the bag body 2. Therefore, the water-containing swelling body 9 does not leak from the exhaust hole 7.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the heat retaining tool 1 in the state shown in FIG. 2 is placed in the microwave oven 10 and heated. Although the water-containing swelling body 9 is heated by heating, the water contained therein becomes the steam 11 and raises the internal pressure of the bag body 2. Due to this vapor pressure, the closed apertures 6 and passages 8 are expanded and a gap through which the vapor 11 can flow is formed. The steam 11 passes through this gap and is discharged from the exhaust hole 7 to the outside. Therefore, the pressure increase in the bag body 2 is suppressed within a certain range, and there is no danger of the bag body 2 bursting due to heating. As described above, the heat retaining tool 1 is heated to an appropriate temperature and functions as a heat retaining tool.

The temperature of food can be raised at the same time as the food is heated by a microwave oven in supermarkets, convenience stores, lunch boxes, etc. After that, it can be conveniently used as a warming tool for heated food. 2) Since the contents do not leak from the exhaust means until the internal pressure reaches a constant level, no trouble occurs during distribution. On the other hand, since steam is discharged from the exhaust means during heating, the internal pressure is kept constant and there is no danger. 3) The flat plate-shaped heat retaining tool in a state where the water absorbent resin is not allowed to contain water has good handleability and requires a small storage space. On the other hand, the one in which the hydrous swelling body is enclosed can be used immediately by simply heating it.
