【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 食道等の体内管路の切断部同士の重合部
分を鉗子で両側又は片側から押圧する第一管路保持体と
第二管路保持体とから構成され、この第一管路保持体と
第二管路保持体との相対峙する内側面の外側縁部には、
環状に沿って体内管路の切断部同士を鍔状に拡げて保持
すべく適宜長さの長さの複数の保持針と、この保持針が
挿入される挿入孔とを、これらの位置が環状に沿って交
互にずらした状態で配置されるように夫々植設し、その
各保持針の先端部には、体内管路の切断部同士を鍔状に
拡げて確実に保持するための凹凸部付き針先部を夫々設
けると共に、前記第一管路保持体と前記第二管路保持体
との相対向する外周面には、食道等の体内管路の手術時
に体内管路の切断部同士の重合部分を鉗子で両側又は片
側から押圧して縫合する際にガイドの役目をする一対の
ガイド孔と、この各ガイド孔に嵌合する一対のガイドと
を、外周面に沿って交互にずらした状態で配置されるよ
うに夫々設け、これらのいずれか一方の一対のガイドピ
ンの長さを、他方の一対のガイドピンの長さより長く設
定したことを特徴とする体内管路縫合具。
