Abstract

PURPOSE: To simply/and easy mount a heater to piping a pipe by interposing an end part closing plate in metal plates arranged opposite to the pipe and between the metal plate and the piping, adhering an external surface of the metal plate with a heater, and covering the heater and the external surface of the metal plate with a heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION: A pair of U-shaped metal plates 1 with its inner side surface treated for enhancing radiation efficiency are arranged opposite to both side of piping 2 and an end part closing plate 3 composed of heat insulating material and elastic material is interposed between each metal plate 1 and the piping 2, in both end parts of each metal plate 1. In addition, to a surface-shaped heater 4 is adhered to an outer side surface of each metal plate 1, to surround an outer surface of the heater 4 and an exposed surface of the metal plate 1 by a sponge-shaped heater insulator 5. By heating element 6a, 6b thus formed, the piping 2 is interposed and fastened by a tightening band 7, to perform mounting in the piping 2. In this way, in a heating heater for a pipe, a surface area of the metal plate 1 can be sufficiently enlarged, to lengthen the life of the heater, and a piping temperature can be uniformly obtained.

Therefore, in order to clean the inside of the pipe due to clogging of the pipe, if the heater is removed, it is impossible to use the heater again, and each time a new heater is wound around the pipe. Since it is attached or attached and fixedly attached with a tape or a wire, there is a disadvantage that a large loss is required in terms of time and cost, and that the pipe temperature cannot be made uniform due to uneven winding of the heater.
