出来、市販の自転車に簡単に着脱出来る手軽な電動自転

ダースイッチなどのブラケットが取り付けてある(D)
は長さ調整の出来るホルダーは符号20の長孔によって
設定後符号21及び22のネジに依って固定することを
示し(F)は下部架体を示し上部架体ホルダーと結合さ
せるための固定ネジを示す。(E)は下部架体を示し符
号18の長孔は長さ調整のもので調整後符号17に依っ
て固定されることを示す(1)は後部モーターへの電線
を示し(2−1)はアース側のクリップで(2−2)の
クリップとも不使用時には取り外して収納出来ることを
示す(N−1)のワイヤーは(N−2)に結合すること
を示す(X)はワイヤー引張り用のレバーを示す。
(3)は電池を示し(4)のターミナルは(5)のシリ
ンダースイッチに通じることを示す(6−1)電線を示
し(6−2)に通じ矢印はそれぞれの移動及び流れを示
す(7)はワイヤースライドパイプの止めネジを示す
(8)は電動機と直結したレバーを示しワイヤーの引張
りに依って矢印の方向に移動することを示す。(9)は
モーターを示し(10)はボルトで上下の架体と連結す
ることを示す緩衝用部品(11)で(12)は横巾調整
用金属機の固定ボルトを示す(13)はトルクロールで
符号8のレバーが引張られると同時に電気が入力してタ
イヤが廻動することを示す(14)はテンションスプリ
ングを示す(15は車体と符号Bを座金付きのネジ(1

し矢印の様に移動する事を示す(19)は連結ネジを示

る軸を示す。図−2は架体全体の平面拡大図で電池ケー
ス(23)は(P)のリベット又はネジに依って固定す
ることを示す(K)はシリンダースイッチのブラケット
を示し(H)は取り付け孔を示す(27)はワイヤーの
スライドパイプのブラケットを示しスライドパイプ(2
8)は符号7によって固定することを示す(29−2)
はモーター及ケーシング等のセット穴を示す(30−
1)スプリングのセット穴を示す(F−1)はアーク溶
接を示す。図−3は自転車の両サイドに設定する架体の
拡大平面図で(B)の部分が車体に結合することを示す
(F)とDの結びは(10)のネジによって上下の架体
が合致することを示し(23)の電池ケースは(P)の
リベットなどで固定することを示す。図−4は主体ブラ
ケットの止め金具平面図で車体に接触する部分は半曲円

はビスネジによって車体の一部に固定されることを示
す。図−5は4図の側面図である。図−6は主体ブラケ
ットの側面図で(L)は4図又は5図の16−2と一致
することを示す(R)は後輪車軸のにげ穴を示す。図−
7は6図の側面図で8図の24−1と25−1に結合ボ
ルト又はビスネジによって固定されることを示す。図−
8は3図の符号C及び20の1部破断側面図である。図
−9は下部(F)架体の分解平面図で(10−1)は3
図の10に結合することを示し(19−1)は11図の
(19−2)にボルト又はビスネジで結合することを示
