One method is to cut the heat insulating material into a predetermined size in advance, and then load the heat insulating material cut as described above into a panel body in which a face material is mounted on one side of a frame material. Another method is to inject a foaming resin material that foams at room temperature into the panel body with the face material attached to one surface of the frame, and immediately press the opening side of the panel with a hot press plate. It waits for the foaming to complete. At this time, the energy for foaming is obtained by the ambient temperature and the heat of the hot press plate. As the foamable resin material that foams at room temperature, there is a resol-type phenol resin that foams at a temperature close to room temperature of about 50 to 70 ° C.

In short, there is a problem that the efficiency is low, and it is difficult to load the heat insulating material to every corner, and there is also a problem with the heat insulating property. Further, in the latter of the conventional examples, in order to fill the foamable resin material that foams at room temperature, there is a problem that foaming starts immediately after filling the foamable resin material and it is difficult to handle.

Inject the foamable resin material 3 that foams by heating in the state,
It is characterized in that the opening side on the other side of the frame body 1 is pressed and closed by a flat plate 4 and heated from the entire circumference to foam the foamable resin material 3 to form the heat insulating layer 5. In this case, since the foaming resin material 3 is injected into the panel body A to foam, the heat insulating layer 5 is formed, so that the manufacturing of the heat insulating panel can be automated and the heat insulating layer 5 is filled in every corner. The heat insulation can be improved. Further, since the foamable resin material 3 that foams by heating is used, it does not foam unless it is heated,
The process of injecting the foamable resin material, sealing the opening, and foaming is not restricted in time, and the handling becomes easy.

The panel body A is conveyed in a horizontal state with the side material 2 side down, and when the panel body A is conveyed under the resin filling nozzle 7,
The foamable resin material 3 that foams by heating from the resin filling nozzle 7 is filled into the space inside the panel body A as shown in FIG. As the foamable resin material 3, for example, 1
There is a novolac type phenolic resin that is foamed under pressure and heating at 30 to 200 ° C. After filling the inside of the panel body A with the foamable resin material 3, the opening of the panel body A on the side opposite to the face material 2 is closed with a flat plate 4 which is a press plate as shown in FIG. Press. At this time, it is desirable that the flat plate 4 be heated to a certain temperature. The foamable resin material 3 is foamed by being sent to the high-frequency heating furnace 6 and being subjected to high-frequency heating as shown in FIG. As described above, the foamable resin material 3 is heated at a high frequency. When the foamable resin material 3 is heated, the foaming starts, and the foamable resin material 3 continues to foam while reaching every corner. At this time, if the flat plate 4 that is a press plate that pressurizes and closes the opening is heated, the flat plate does not hinder the foaming of the expandable resin material 3, but rather promotes foaming depending on the amount of heat of the flat plate 4. You can Further, the gas vent hole is provided in the flat plate 4 which is a press plate, for example, so that gas generated during foaming is vented from the gas vent hole. When the foaming is completed in this way and the foaming is completed, the flat plate 4 which is the press plate is removed to bring it into the state of FIG. 1 (d), and the open portion is closed by a face material such as a board if necessary, and the heat insulating layer is provided inside. Form a heat-insulating panel filled with 5.

The opening side of the other side is pressed by a flat plate to close it and heated from the entire circumference to foam the foamable resin material to form a heat insulating layer, so the foamable resin material is injected into the panel body to foam. By doing so, it is possible to automate the production of the heat insulating panel to form the heat insulating layer, and to fill the heat insulating layer in every corner to improve the heat insulating property. Since it does not foam unless it is heated for use, the process of injecting the foamable resin material, sealing the opening, and foaming is not restricted in terms of time, and the handling becomes easy.
