As shown in FIG. 10B, one coin return chamber 83 of the movable rack 80 is located at the coin introduction port 55 as an initial operation position of the movable rack 80 of the coin storage device 3. ing. When the coin processing device 1 is activated by a trajectory signal from a controller (not shown), the motor 46
Operates to move the movable rack 80 in the direction of arrow A via the worm 47, the worm wheel 48, the pinion 49, and the rack 88. At this time, a through hole 88a provided in the rack 88 of the movable rack 80 at the same interval as the interval between the coin storage chambers 84 between the light emitting element 52 and the light receiving element 50.
Is positioned, the operation of the motor 46 is stopped and controlled by detecting the light passing through the through-holes 88a.
The coin is moved to the width corresponding to the individual pieces, and the coin inlet 55 is shown in FIG.
As shown in (a), coin storage chambers 841 are correspondingly located.

Therefore, the first regular coin C S is introduced into the coin accumulating chamber 841, and the shutter 92 regulates and discharges the coin from the coin outlet 84b. When the regular coins C S are accumulated in the coin accumulating chamber 841, the sensor 16 confirms this, the motor 46 operates by the confirmation of the sensor 16, and the movable rack 80 is again addressed to one of the coin accumulating chambers 84. Move in the direction A by the width, and the coin inlet 55
Since the coin storage chambers 842 are correspondingly located in the coin storage chamber 842, the second regular coin C S introduced into the coin introduction port 55 from the outlet 11a of the coin sorting track 11 is accumulated in the coin storage chamber 842, and three coins are stored. normal coin C S of 8 and subsequent sheets eyes are sequentially accumulated from the coin storage chamber 843 into the coin storage chamber 848, the movable rack 8
0 is located as shown in FIG. The regular coin C S accumulated in each coin accumulating chamber 841 to 848 has its denomination discriminated in the coin selecting track 11, and the denomination is stored by a CPU (not shown).

When the regular coins C S are accumulated in the coin accumulating chambers 841 to 848, the rotary magnet 14 operates and the coin return lever 13 operates, and the locking portion 13a advances to the coin selecting track 11. Is held, and subsequent regular coins fall into the coin return passage 18 like pseudo coins,
The coin is not guided to the coin storage device 3 but returned from the coin return port 18b. At the same time, the motor 46 operates to move the movable rack 80 in the B direction, and the coin outlet 6 of the fixed rack 35 is moved.
The coin storage chamber 844 located at the center corresponds to 7 and is in a ready state for storing coins.

As described above, since the denominations of the regular coins stored in the coin storage chambers 841 to 848 are stored in the CPU in advance, the denominations of the stored coins are selected from the prepared state and the coin storage signal is selected. Is sent, the regular coins of that denomination are accumulated, and the accumulated coins in the coin accumulation chamber closest to the coin accumulation chamber 844 are stored. For example, when storing regular coins in the coin storage chamber 843, the movable rack 80
11C is moved in the direction B toward one coin accumulating chamber from the state of FIG. 11C, and the coin accumulating chamber 843 is positioned corresponding to the coin outlet 67 of the fixed rack 35 as shown in FIG.
The shutter 92 of the coin accumulating chamber 843 corresponding to the coin outlet 67 is the guide portion 54 of the ridge 54a of the fixed rack 35.
Since it is located at b, it can be opened and closed with the dowel 94 as the center of rotation.

When the sensor 26 detects that the return of the accumulated regular coins has been completed, the motor 46 operates to move the movable rack 80, as shown in FIG. 10 (a).
Is moved in the AB direction, and one coin return chamber 813 is returned to the initial operation position located corresponding to the coin introduction port 55 of the fixed rack 35. In this way, the coin return chamber 831 is returned to the initial operation position corresponding to the coin return outlet 68 of the fixed rack 35, so that the locking portion 13a of the coin storage / return lever 13 is removed from the coin sorting track 11 due to a power failure or the like. Even if the pseudo coin passes the window 12 by mistake in the exited state, it is guided from the coin return chamber 831 to the coin return track 19 and returned from the coin return port 18b. The return of the initial operation position is performed by detecting the through holes 88b of the rack 88 having a narrow interval by the light receiving element 50 and the light emitting element 52, thereby stopping and controlling the motor 46.
