の下縁との間に切断されたワイヤ4の終端部4aを挟
む。続いて、捩り機構9により上記フック9aが回転し
てワイヤ4の一部を捩るときもワイヤ4の終端部は保持
片17により保持されている。このため、ワイヤ4の結
束を終わったとき図2のように可動刃8bと保持片17
を戻して結束機Aを結束ワイヤ4から引き離すときにワ
イヤ4の終端部4aは最後まで結束機Aに保持されて残
り、最後に結束機Aを保持力よりも強く引くことで初め
て解放される。したがってワイヤ4の終端部4aは降ら
れることがなく結束機Aの引き離し後は図4に示される
位置に安定する。このため、必ずコンクリート18の被
り厚さ内に収まる。なお、図4において4bは捩り用フ
