Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain certain adhesive strength between an ageing sheet and an ageing adhesive tape by forming a flat region having no unevenness to the ageing sheet to which embossing processing is applied in predetermined width along the edge side in the longitudinal direction of an ageing sheet main body. SOLUTION: An ageing sheet 13 is laid on the floor of a building during building and ageing adhesive tapes 15 such as Japanese paper tapes are applied to the ageing sheet main body 1 along the side edges 9, 9 in the longitudinal direction thereof and the single halves i the longitudinal direction of the ageing adhesive tapes 15 are superposed on the flat regions 11 of the ageing sheet and the parts of the ageing adhesive tapes 15 protruding from the flat regions 11 are bonded to the floor to fix the ageing sheet 13. Furthermore, since a large number of small uneven parts are applied to the ageing sheet but uneven parts are not applied to the flat regions 11 having predetermined width along the side edges 9, 9, a large number of small spaces become hard to generate between the ageing sheet 13 and the ageing adhesive tapes 15 and the substantial adhesive area between the againg sheet 13 and the ageing adhesive sheet 15 becomes large to obtain strong adhesive strength.

However, since the conventional curing sheet 25 has the uneven region 29 as a whole so that the floor and the curing sheet 25 itself will not be damaged even when walking on them with footwear, the vicinity of the edge is cured and bonded. Even if it is taped to the floor or the like, many small cavities are likely to occur between the curing adhesive tape and the curing sheet 25 due to the large number of irregularities, and the substantial adhesive area between the curing adhesive tape and the curing sheet 25 becomes small, and The adhesive strength of is insufficient and it is easy to peel off or float up.

The core 3 is, for example, a liner paper or a similar paper material, and a material having a certain degree of rigidity is suitable. However, as long as the material has a function as the core 3, it is not limited to paper and it is also possible to use, for example, a synthetic resin sheet such as a polyethylene resin film. The thin protective layer 5 coated on the front and back surfaces of the core 3 may be a synthetic resin having good adhesive strength with the core 3 and having water repellency, such as polyethylene resin film, polyethylene resin film, polypropylene resin film, etc. A known synthetic resin film can be used.

Moreover, the protective layer 5 may be formed by coating or spraying in addition to adhesion or pressure bonding, but when the core 3 of the curing sheet body 1 itself is a synthetic resin sheet as described above. It is often unnecessary. In addition, the curing sheet body 1 is provided with an uneven area 7 on which a large number of small embossing processes are applied.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG.
The concave portions 7a and the convex portions 7b each having a diameter of about 2 to 3 mm are formed so as to be adjacent to each other vertically and horizontally so as to be adjacent to each other or at some intervals. It goes without saying that the portions that become the concave portions 7a and the convex portions 7b when viewed from one surface side of the curing sheet body 1 become the convex portions 7b and the concave portions 7a when viewed from the opposite surface side.

For the sake of convenience, the planar concave-convex area 7 is shown by hatched areas in FIG. 1, and the concave portions 7a and the convex portions 7b are shown in FIG.
Although the trapezoidal shape is shown as a trapezoidal shape, the cross-sectional shape of the concave portion 7a and the convex portion 7b is generally curved in a corrugated shape in many cases, and the cross-sectional shape is arbitrary. Then, it extends along the longitudinal direction of the elongated curing sheet body 1 and has a constant width t from both side edges 9, 9 toward the inner concave and convex region 7 side, for example, 10 to 30 m.
A flat region 11 which is not embossed is formed along both side edges 9 and 9 at about m, and the curing sheet 13 of the present invention is formed.
Is configured.

Therefore, the curing sheet 13 according to the present invention is laid on the floor or the like of the building under construction, and the curing adhesive tape 15 (two-dot chain line) such as Japanese paper tape is attached to the curing sheet main body 1 in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. Along the side edges 9, 9, half of the curing adhesive tape 15 along the longitudinal direction is overlapped with the flat region 11, and the flat region 11, that is, the curing sheet main body 1
The curing sheet 13 is fixed by adhering the portion of the curing adhesive tape 15 protruding to the floor or the like. Moreover, although the curing sheet 13 is provided with a large number of small uneven portions 7a and 7b, the uneven portions 7 are formed in the flat regions 11 at the edges 9 and 9 thereof.
Since a and 7b are not applied, it becomes difficult for many small voids to be formed between the curing sheet 13 and the curing adhesive tape 15, and the substantial bonding area between the curing sheet 13 and the curing adhesive sheet 15 becomes large. Has the advantage that strong adhesion can be obtained.

Therefore, at a construction site where the use environment is poor, the curing sheet 13 is securely fixed to the floor and the curing sheet 13 is less likely to be peeled off or lifted up and damaged, and the curing effect of the curing sheet 13 itself is sufficiently exerted. Since it can be demonstrated, it is possible to surely cure the materials under construction. In addition to the curing adhesive tape 15, the curing sheet 13 can be fixed with an adhesive tape having a strong adhesive force such as a craft tape or a cloth tape depending on the purpose of use.

In the above-mentioned curing sheet 13 of the present invention, an example in which the flat region 11 having a constant width is formed from the both side edges 9, 9 of the curing sheet main body 1 has been described, but in the present invention, the configuration shown in FIG. It is possible. That is, the curing sheet body 1
The widths of the flat regions 17 and 1 formed by the both side edges 9 and 9 are changed at regular intervals.

For example, the widths of the flat regions 17 and 19 formed from the both side edges 9 and 9 are set at intervals of 10 cm along the longitudinal direction,
The configuration is such that it is narrowed or widened every 20 cm or 50 cm. However, the pitch for narrowing the width of the flat regions 17 and 19 is arbitrary, and the width is continuously changed like the flat region 17 shown in FIG. 4, or the width is changed only partially like the flat region 19. In addition, the widths of the flat regions 17 and 19 on the sides 9 and 9 may be narrowed at different pitches.

As described above, in the configuration in which the widths of the flat regions 17 and 19 formed near the both side edges 9 and 9 of the curing sheet body 1 are changed at regular intervals, the shape of the flat regions 17 and 19 or the uneven region 7 is changed. Since the length of the curing sheet 13 in the longitudinal direction is known, there is an advantage that a ruler becomes unnecessary when cutting the required length. By the way, in the present invention, flat regions 11 and 1 formed from both side edges 9 and 9 of the curing sheet body 1.
The maximum width t of 7 and 19 can be arbitrarily selected according to the construction site to be used and the width of the adhesive tape 15, but generally 10 mm to 30 mm will be preferable, and from the ease of fixing work. On the other hand, about 15 to 25 mm would be more preferable.

Next, a method for manufacturing the curing sheet 13 according to the present invention will be briefly described. First, as shown in FIG. 5, a curing sheet body 1 having protective layers 5 formed on both front and back surfaces is prepared. This curing sheet main body 1 is one before being subjected to uneven processing. The thickness of the core 3 of the curing sheet body 1 is determined depending on the purpose of use of the curing sheet 13, but is 10 μm or more.
About 3 mm will be suitable for implementation, and the thickness of the protective layer 5 is preferably about 5 to 100 μm. Further, the width of the curing sheet body 1 is arbitrarily determined according to the size of the building, but may be about 90 cm to 120 cm.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the curing sheet main body 1 which is not subjected to the concavo-convex processing is passed through a pair of cylindrical processing rolls 21 and 23, and a large number of embossing processes are applied to the concavo-convex area 7 To form. These processing rolls 2
Nos. 1 and 23 are arranged in a positional relationship in which the rotation axes are parallel to each other and the outer circumferences are in pressure contact with each other, and as shown in FIG. Are continuously formed at the same pitch, and the concave portion 21a of one processing roll 21 is formed in the other processing roll 2
The convex portion 23b of No. 3 is the convex portion 21b of the one processing roll 21.
Is inserted into the recess 23a of the other processing roll 23 with play.

Moreover, the axial lengths of the processing rolls 21 and 23 are formed to be shorter than the width in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the curing sheet body 1 by the width of the flat region 11. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the curing sheet main body 1 not subjected to the uneven processing is positioned so that both edges thereof project from the processing rolls 21 and 23 by the flat area 11 and processed as shown in FIG. If you pass it between the rolls 21 and 23,
The curing sheet main body 1 is deformed by the concave portions 21a and 21b of one processing roll 21 and the convex portions 23b and concave portions 23a of the other processing roll 23, and the concave and convex regions 7 including the concave and convex portions 7a and 7b are formed and both end portions are formed. The curing sheet 13 in which the flat area 11 is formed is completed.

The lengths of the processing rolls 21 and 23 in the axial direction may be appropriately shorter depending on the width dimension of the flat region 11 formed on the curing sheet 13. However, as in the flat regions 17 and 19 shown in FIG. 4, in order to manufacture the curing sheet 13 whose width is narrowed by 10 cm, 20 cm, or 50 cm, the flat regions 17 and 19 of the curing sheet body 1 are manufactured. Using the processing rolls 21 and 23 having the same length as the width including
In the outer portion on both end sides in the axial direction of 23, every 10 cm,
Every 20 cm and every 50 cm, the concave portion 21a and the convex portion 21b,
If the concave portions 23a and the convex portions 23b are not formed and are made partially flat, the concave-convex region 7 is not formed.

By the way, the curing sheet 13 of the present invention is not limited to the structure in which the flat regions 11, 17 and 19 are formed in the vicinity of the edges 9 and 9 on both sides extending in the longitudinal direction of the curing sheet main body 1, but the edge 9 on one side is also possible. Flat areas 11, 17, 1 in the vicinity
Although a structure in which 9 is formed is also possible, the structure provided on both sides is preferable from the viewpoint of securing fixation.

As described above, in the curing sheet of the present invention, a flat region having a predetermined width is formed from the edge extending in the longitudinal direction of the curing sheet body constituting the flat region along which the unevenness is not applied. If a flat area is used in a curing sheet having a large number of unevennesses, a reliable adhesive force between the curing sheet and the adhesive tape can be obtained. In addition, in the configuration in which the width from the edge of the flat area is changed at regular intervals, there is an advantage that the length in the longitudinal direction of the curing sheet can be known from the width and shape of the flat area and the uneven processing area. It will be easier if you cut it. The curing sheet according to the present invention can be widely used in addition to building materials such as floors.
