るが、パテを貫通穴の側壁のみに貼着するために貫通穴
の径が小さいと作業性が悪く、これを解決するために貫
通穴の大きさを大きくすると磁気回路に悪影響を及ぼす
という問題があった。そこで、本発明は回転子鉄心に側
板を取付けることなく、また、磁気回路に影響を及ぼす
ことなく回転子のバランス調整作業を簡単にすることを

基づいて説明する。図1は、本発明の第1の実施例を示
す回転子の上部側断面図である。1は回転軸、2は前記
回転軸に取付けた軸受で、図示しないブラケットに固定
してある。3は薄鋼板を打ち抜き積層し回転軸1に取付
けた回転子鉄心で、板面にバランス補正穴を有しない積
層した積層鉄心4と、この積層鉄心4の両側に板面にバ
ランス補正穴を円周方向に複数個有する積層した積層鉄
心5とより構成している。したがって、回転子鉄心3に
は軸方向のバランス補正穴6が形成される。7は回転子
鉄心3の外周に取付けた永久磁石、8はパテで、前記回
転子鉄心3のバランス補正穴6にあつて回転子鉄心のバ
ランス補正穴を有しない積層鉄心4の板面およびバラン
ス補正穴6の側壁に貼着してある。このため、パテ8
は、回転子鉄心の振動や衝撃でバランス補正穴6からは
ずれたり、落下することはない。なお、回転子のバラン
ス調整は、回転子をバランシングマシンに取付け、こ
のバランシングマシンを駆動してアンバランスの量と位
置を検出する。ウェイトの不足する位置のバランス補
正穴にパテを貼着することにより行う。図3は、本発明
の第2の実施例を示すもので、板面にバランス補正穴を
有する積層鉄心5と、板面にバランス補正穴を有しない
積層鉄心4とを永久磁石7の長さと略等しい積厚に積層
した回転子ブロック9を3個回転軸10に固定したもの
で、軸方向両側の回転子ブロック9の外側端面のバラン
ス補正穴にパテ8を貼着するようにしてある。したがっ
て、電動機の出力を大きくするために回転子鉄心の積厚
を長くする場合も、単に回転子ブロックの数を増やすだ
けで容易に回転子鉄心のバランス補正穴を設けることが
できるので、簡単にかつ安価にバランス調整可能な回転
