Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stretch or loosen a chain or a wire hooked on a hook by forming a nut cut face, and providing a drop preventing wall so that a bolt drop preventing body is inserted or removed. SOLUTION: A nut cut face 3 is formed on the nut section 2 of a turnbuckle main body 1, a bolt cut face 7 is formed on the bolt section 6 of a hook 5, the bolt section 6 is thrust in at a stretch while the bolt cut face 7 is slid on the nut cut face 3, and it is moved to the position where the sag of a chain hooked on the hook 5 is stretched. The nut thread ridge of the nut section 2 is matched with the thread ridge of the bolt section 6, a bolt drop preventing body 8 is slid on the nut cut face 3 and inserted along the drop preventing wall 4 of the nut section 2. When the stop projection 10 of the bolt drop preventing body 8 is brought into contact with the drop preventing wall 4, the bolt drop preventing body 8 is stuck via the force of a magnet 9. The turnbuckle main body 1 is rotated, and the bolt section 6 of the hook 5 is slightly moved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be described based on FIG. In FIG.
A nut cutting surface (3) is formed on the nut portion (2) of the turnpack body (1), and a bolt cutting surface (7) is formed on the bolt portion (6) of the hook (5). The part (6) is slid on the nut cut surface (3) and the bolt cut surface (7), and is thrust at once, and is moved to the position where the slack of the chain or the wire hooked on the hook (5) is stretched. After aligning the nut thread of the nut part (2) with the thread of the bolt part (6), the bolt dropout prevention body (8) is attached along the removal prevention wall (4) of the nut part (2) to the nut. Slide the cut surface (3) and insert it. Then, the stop projection (10) of the bolt dropout prevention body (8)
However, when coming into contact with the detachment prevention wall (4), the bolt drop prevention body (8) sticks to the detachment prevention wall (4) by the force of the magnet (9). Then, the turn puckle body (1) is rotated, and the bolt portion (6) of the hook (5) is finely moved to make the hook (5)
The pulling is completed. Turnpuckle body (1)
In order to loosen the hook (5), the above-mentioned reverse operation procedure may be performed. Since the bolt dropout prevention member (8) is fan-shaped as shown in the drawing, it is well fixed when it is inserted into the space between the nut cutting surface (3) and the detachment prevention wall (4). In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the nut portion (2
A) does not have the detachment prevention wall (4) like the nut part (2) of FIG. 1, but has a groove (11) instead, and slides with the fitting protrusion (12) of the bolt dropout prevention body (8A). The bolt dropout prevention body (8A) was inserted by moving it. In the embodiment of FIG. 3, when the bolt dropout prevention member (8B) is made of a pipe piece, it is arcuate and thin. Others are in accordance with FIG. In the embodiment of FIG. 4, when the bolt portion (6C) of the hook (5C) remains in a round shape, that is, when the bolt cut surface is not formed on the bolt portion (6C), the turnpuckle body (1
In the nut part (2C) of C), the nut cut surface (3C)
Is widely resected. The bolt and nut mechanism of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is also useful for other purposes. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7, the sliding method at the screw portion is stopped and the sliding method at the turn puckle main body portion is adopted. First, in FIG. 5, in the turnpuckle body (1D), a plurality of fitting portions (17) are formed, and the pins (15) laid on the sliding body (14) are caught in the fitting portions (17). I chose Therefore, in the turnpack body (1D), move the sliding body (14) to an appropriate position all at once.
After hooking the pin (15) on the fitting portion (17), the turn puckle body (1D) is rotated to complete the pulling on the hook (5D). The pin (15) has a pin head (1
6) is provided to make it hard to come off. In FIG. 6, a conduit (20) is laid on the turnpuckle body (1E), and a pin (15E) is connected to the knob portions (19) on both sides with the coil spring (21) sandwiched in the conduit (20), Sliding body (1
4E) is moved to an appropriate position, pin (15
E) is pulled out from the hole (18) of the sliding body (14E) by pinching the knob portions (19) on both sides, and then the sliding body (14E)
After moving to an appropriate position, aim at the hole (18) of the sliding body (14E), release the knob (19), and fit the pin (15E) according to the conduit (20) by the force of the coil spring. . Then, the turn puckle body (1E) is rotated, and the pulling on the hook (5E) is completed.
In FIG. 7, the turnpuckle body (1F) is L-shaped, the sliding ring (22) is formed on one side of the sliding body (14F), and the nut part (2F) is formed on the other side, and the hook is formed. (5
The bolt portion (6F) of F) is fitted. One side of the L-shaped turnpack body (1F) is fitted with the sliding ring (22) of the sliding body (14F), and the other side is fitted with the nut and cradle (2).
4) is provided so that the bolt portion (6F) of the hook (5F) fits. When the sliding ring (22) of the sliding body (14F) can move the L-shaped turnpack body (1F) to an appropriate place, insert a reinforcing bar or the like into the lever hole (23), and then the L-shaped turnpack body. By rotating (1F), the pulling of the hook (5F) is completed. When loosening, reverse procedure. The more the tensile load is applied to the hook (5F), the more the twisting force is applied to the sliding ring (22) of the sliding body (14F), so that the sliding body (14F) moves from the L-shaped turnpack body (1F). ) Does not come out. In addition, the bolt portion (6) of the hook (5F) fitted to the nut portion (2F) of the sliding body (14F).
If a swinging cup (25) is attached to the end of (F), an object can be sandwiched between the L-type turnpack body (1F) and the nut and cradle (24), and can also be used as a clamp.
When using it as a clamp, insert a reinforcing rod etc. into the hook (5F) of the bolt part (6F) that fits into the nut part (2F) of the sliding body (14F) and rotate it to obtain a large lever The tightening force of is increased.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the bolt portions (6) and (6C) of the hooks (5) and (5C) are slid to prevent the fall-out prevention members (8), (8A), (8B), (8C) is inserted or removed, or the turnpuckle body (1D),
In (1E) and (1F), sliding bodies (14D) and (14
Depending on whether E) or (14F) is slid, the chain or wire hooked on the hooks (5), (5C), (5D), (5E), or (5F) moves to a state where it can be stretched all at once, or On the contrary, it can be loosened all at once, improving work efficiency.
