Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent a rolling stone or earth and sand from penetrating into a clearance between a door of a rotary gate and a river bed housing recessed area and set up the rotary gate even in a middle river basin as well. SOLUTION: A gate main body 10 where a cross section-covered door 12 is provided between a pair of support disks 11, is supported on a horizontal rotary shaft 13 by way of the support disks 11 in such a fashion that the door may be turnable and fixable with a pier at an arbitrary angle which shapes up a rotary gate 1 which forms a housing recessed area 4 which may house the door 12 on an equivalent river bed 2. An earth and sand penetration preventive board 6 is pivoted on the end edge rockably on the river bed 3 on the upper stream side of the housing recessed area 4 which houses the door 12 along the door 12 while it is provided so that the other edge may interfere with a moving area of the door 12. This earth and sand penetration preventive board is designed to cover the clearance 5 between the door 12 and the housing recessed area 4 irrespective of an angle of the door 12.

As a solution to such a problem,
As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 7, a gate body 30 in which a door body 32 having an arcuate cross section smaller than a semicircle is installed between a pair of support discs 31 is a support disc 31 with the door body 32 horizontal.
There is considered a rotary gate that is rotatably supported by the pier 20 via the pier 20 and has a storage recess 33 that can store the door 32 in the corresponding riverbed. According to this, the mechanism for rotationally driving the gate main body 30 can be housed inside the pier 20, and it is possible to prevent a large building from protruding above the water surface. In this configuration, as shown by the solid line in the figure, the door body 32 is in a fully closed state when the back surface thereof is vertical, and from this state, the gate body 30 moves counterclockwise by 9 degrees.
When the door body 32 is housed in the housing recess 33 by being rotated 0 °, the back surface of the door body 32 becomes flat with the front and rear river beds in the state shown by the imaginary line in the figure, and the gate is opened.

However, since the rotary gate having the above-described structure allows the door body 32 to rotate between the arcuate outer surface of the door body 32 and the accommodation recess 33 formed in the riverbed. Is necessary, and if boulders or earth and sand enter this gap, the rotation of the gate body 30 (adjustment of the gate opening degree) is hindered, and in the worst case, the gate body 30 may be caught and the gate body 30 may become unrotatable. . For this reason, it could not be installed in the middle watershed of a river where boulders and earth and sand flow down, and there were only a few examples of use in estuary weirs such as seawalls where only fine sand and mud flowed down.

In the rotary gate 1 constructed as described above, an arbitrary gate opening can be obtained by changing the position (angle) of the door body 12 by rotating the gate body 10. That is, as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. 3, the door body 12 is located right below and is housed in the housing recess 4 and its rear surface 12B is shown.
The state in which is horizontal and flush with the front and back riverbeds 3 is a fully open state that does not impede the water flow. From this state, the gate body 10 rotates clockwise in the figure, as shown by the solid line in FIG. By raising the door body 12, water can be stored on the upstream side of the river on the left side in FIG. If the water level is above the front edge of the door body 12 (overflow portion 12C), it overflows, and therefore the gate body 1
By adjusting the rotation angle of 0, the front edge of the door body 12 (overflow portion 1
By setting the position (height) of 2C), the flowing water amount (water level) can be adjusted.

Here, a predetermined space (gap 5) is set between the surface of the accommodation recess 4 of the riverbed 3 and the skin plate 12A of the door body 12 as described above. There is a possibility that boulders and earth and sand that have been washed away from the invasion may interfere with the rotation of the gate body 10. For example, when boulders or earth and sand enter this gap 5 when fully opened, there is a high possibility that the gate body 10 will become unrotatable due to being caught by the rotation of the gate body 10 particularly in the closing direction.

The width of the earth and sand intrusion prevention plate 6 and the position of the fulcrum pin 63, which is the swinging fulcrum thereof, are set such that the gate is fully opened and the rear surface 12B of the door body 12 is as shown in the enlarged sectional view of FIG. In a state where the riverbed 3 is flush with the riverbed 3, the front end of the door 12 abuts the arc-shaped overflow 12C of the front edge of the door 12, and further downward swinging (clockwise in the figure) is restricted. The top surface of the earth and sand intrusion prevention plate 6 is flush with the back surface 12B of the door body 12 and the riverbed 3 (horizontal), and when the door body 12 rotates to the closing side (clockwise in the figure), the tip thereof is the door body. It is pushed up by the overflow portion 12C and the skin plate 12A of 12 and oscillates counterclockwise in the drawing, and leans against the door body 12 to form a predetermined angle as shown in FIG. This angle is set so as not to fall to the opposite side (left side in the figure). Incidentally, in order to prevent the device from falling over to the opposite side, it is possible to prevent it from swinging counterclockwise or more vertically by a chain or the like.

Earth and sand intrusion prevention plate 6 constructed as described above
Acts to completely prevent boulders and earth and sand flowing from the upstream side from entering the gap 5 between the accommodation recess 4 and the skin plate 12A as described below. That is, when the gate shown in FIG. 4 is open, the earth and sand intrusion prevention plate 6 has the upper surface thereof flush with the river bed 3 and covers the gap 5 between the door body 12 and the accommodation recess 4, and the rock 5 is rolled into the gap 5. And prevent the intrusion of dirt. On the other hand, in the gate closed state in which the door body 12 is erected as shown in FIG. 3, the tip of the earth and sand intrusion prevention plate 6 abuts the outer peripheral surface (skin plate 12A) of the door body 12 and swings in conjunction with the rotation of the door body 12. Then, it stands up and covers the gap 5 between the door body 12 and the accommodation recess 4 to prevent boulders and earth and sand from entering the gap 5. As described above, according to the present configuration, it is possible to more reliably prevent a defect caused by biting boulders or earth and sand that have entered the gap 5 between the door body 12 and the housing recess 4 and to perform stable operation. .

As described above, according to the structure for preventing intrusion of sediment of the rotary gate according to the present invention, the upstream opening of the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the door body and the surface of the accommodating recess of the river bed is formed. ,
A plate-shaped member for preventing intrusion of sand and sand that is pivotally attached to the upstream riverbed at the edge can block the door regardless of the angle of the door, and can prevent rocks and sediment from entering the gap. It is a thing. Therefore, it is possible to install in the middle stream region of the river without the rocks and the earth and sand clogged between the accommodation recess and the skin plate of the door to prevent the rotation of the gate body.

Further, since the earth and sand preventive plate member is divided into a plurality of parts in the longitudinal direction of the door body and can be independently rocked, each of the divided members has an arc-shaped outer peripheral surface. It swings in accordance with the unevenness of No. 1 and the gap is less generated, and the effect of preventing the intrusion of earth and sand is increased.

Further, when the door body is accommodated in the accommodating recess, the back surface thereof is substantially flush with the river bed, and the rocking fulcrum of the plate member for preventing intrusion of sediment is set below the surface of the river bed and intrudes into the sediment. Since the prevention plate member is set to be substantially flush with the riverbed when the door is housed in the housing recess, the water flow resistance at the time of opening the gate is reduced and the gate part Sediment accumulation is also reduced.
