This is done by placing carbon paper on the printing surface and placing the characters written on the paper with a pencil or ballpoint pen. A line is drawn along the character and the character is copied on the surface. Another method is the carving technique. This prints the characters with ink on a ganze paper. Next, the front side of this paper is placed on the printing surface, a small amount of water is added, and the excess water is absorbed with a tissue paper. Next, put a piece of dry paper on it and rub it with a rounded bamboo blade from the top, and the letters will appear on the stamp surface.

Furthermore, the trouble in the engraving is to write the letters on the paper and turn it over,
Look at the letters and put them on the cloth (write the letters on the stamp)
Or, it is to copy the characters to be copied to the mirror upside down and to spread them. Also, when engraving a stamp material with a sword, a brush is used to remove the fine powder of the stamp material while carving lines.
Be careful not to inhale as fine stone powder will scatter. In the carving classroom, many people work on carving stones,
The fact is that the markings are made carefully so as not to bother other people while paying attention to each other. Therefore, it has been desired to develop a transfer method suitable for engraving, in which even a beginner of engraving can make clear and accurate cloth characters on the stamp material and fine stone powder does not scatter even when engraving stone. In the present invention, a character is copied onto a clear film with a coloring liquid, and the character is transferred onto the surface of a printing material. However, the line of the character to be copied is repelled or thinned on the film surface with a commercially available ink or the like. It is an object of the present invention to provide a coloring liquid capable of clearly writing characters on a clear film because it cannot be written accurately.

Or a coloring liquid for engraving (hereinafter a coloring liquid) made by adding a water-soluble solvent such as ethylene glycol, glycerin, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, etc. A transfer liquid for engraving, which comprises a transfer liquid dissolved in a solvent. As a method of cloth characters, first, the characters are copied on a clear film with a black coloring liquid. Next, white on the printing surface,
After applying a yellow or brown coloring liquid and drying, a transfer liquid is applied thereon. After the transfer liquid has dried, press the character surface on the clear film against the printing material surface and rub it evenly with a rounded bamboo or wooden spatula to make the characters written on the film clear and clear. Accurately adhere. When the printing material is stone, the fine powder that scatters when engraved with a sword does not scatter due to the adhesive action of the colorant and the adhesive contained in the transfer liquid. In this operation, the black coloring liquid is used for the clear film and the coloring liquid of another color is used for the printing material surface for the purpose of clarifying the distinction when engraving with the sword.

It is very difficult to use a technique such as Indhi or gankin paper or to copy the letters on a mirror and write the left letter (reverse letter) on the surface of the stamp, and it takes a considerable number of years to master. However, if the method according to the present invention is used, even a beginner can easily make cloth characters. Example 1 Example 2 The formalin condensate of naphthalene sulfonic acid was used to promote the dispersion of carbon black.

If the yellow coloring liquid of Example 3 is applied to the surface of the printing material, the coloring liquid other than yellow is used for the characters to be transferred (Examples 1, 2, 4, 5). Next, the yellow coloring liquid of Example 6 is applied to the printing material surface and dried. Then apply the transfer liquid and dry.

After it is dry, put the letters on the stamp surface and rub it evenly with a rounded bamboo or wooden spatula. When the clear film is peeled off by hand, black letters clearly appear on the yellow stamp surface. Characters are printed on the clear film with the yellow coloring liquid of Example 3. In this case, the coloring liquid applied to the printing material surface is either the coloring liquid black of Examples 1 and 2 or the coloring liquid brown or white of Examples 4 and 5. Transfer is performed in the same manner as in Example 1. White for printing,
There are stones of various colors such as green, black, and brown. When the printing material is engraved with a printing knife, the coloring liquids of Examples 1 to 5 are selected and applied according to the color of the printing material in order to clearly distinguish the color from the printing material. For example, when the color of the printing material is black, the white colored liquid of Example 5 may be applied, and the brown colored liquid of Example 4 may be used for the letters to be written on the clear film. Therefore, at least 3 for the coloring liquid
Color is needed. The transfer liquid may be any of those in Examples 6 to 8 and has the same effect.

It is the actual situation that abandon the engraving. According to the transfer system of the present invention, it is expected that the cloth characters will be extremely easy to be printed and that the marking technique will be particularly improved.
