【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 先軸と中軸の先方を互いに回転不能且つ
抜け止め状態に固定し、中軸に一体化したガイド部に摺
動コマを後端に止着した複数の筆記体をガイド部と摺動
コマとの間にリターンスプリングを附勢して、夫々軸方
向に前後動自在に嵌装し、軸方向に変位するカム斜面を
前端部に有した円筒カムを中軸に対し一定範囲で回転可
能に抜け止めして、各摺動コマを円筒カムのカム斜面に
当接させることにより、先軸又は中軸に対する円筒カム
の回転によって各摺動コマを前後方向に交互に移動させ
て各筆記体の先端を先軸先端口より選択的に出没可能と
した複式筆記具に於いて、 前記円筒カムの後方に筒部が一体的に設けられ、該筒部
スリットと該スリットの内側面に段階的に係合部が設け
られて、一方、軸心方向に弾性変移可能な係合突起が設
けられて後端に消しゴムが止着されたスライダーが、前
記筒部内に嵌挿されると共に前記係合突起がスリットに
貫出して前記係合部に係合突起が係止するよう設けら
れ、更に、前記筒部を被覆して後軸が中軸の後方に回転
のみ可能に止着されると共に後軸と筒部即ち円筒カムが
回転方向で一体に係合され、後軸の側面には前記スリッ
トと同側に窓部が穿設されて前記係合突起と連動する操
作釦が窓部から適宜貫出されて、操作釦を押圧すること
で、前記係合突起とスリットの係合部との係止状態を解
除しながらスライダーを後方に移動して後軸後端から前
記消しゴムが突出するように構成されたことを特徴とす
る複式筆記具。
