切刃体23、24を硬質合成樹脂材料を以て構成し、こ
れ等切刃体23、24の内径孔26を上記止着用ピン1

を加熱により潰し拡げることによって各切刃体23、2
4を可動側板2に固着し、更に可動側板2において切刃
体23、24の取付個所と上記鉤状係合突起10、11

同個所25を撓み可能とし、また固定側板1における後
辺個所に左右1対の取付孔27を開設したものである。
