チ機構などを取り付ける際に、取付け部分のシールが不
要であり、それだけ製作が容易になる。また、各吸着領
域に形成された吸着孔群に連通する吸引孔はドラム円筒
部の肉厚部内に形成されるので、前記吸着孔群に連通す
る吸引溝をドラム周面に沿って回転ドラムのフランジ部
にまで導出したときのように、各吸着領域をフランジ部
を基準にして設定する必要がなく、各吸着領域を回転ド
ラム周面上の任意の位置に設定することが可能である。
そして、各吸着領域をドラム長さの中心を基準として設
定することによって、共通の搬送ローラ群によって送ら
れる各種サイズの感光性フィルムの搬送を円滑に行なう
こともできる。
