Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts, and consequently simplify production process and enhance production efficiency by a method wherein tiles are retainingly connected into a sheet by forming foamed layer through the thermal foaming of bead-like foaming agent charged in a mold, within which a plurality of the tiles are arranged. CONSTITUTION: After a plurality of tiles 2, 2 and 2 are arranged within a mold 1, bead-like foaming agent is uniformly filled in the mold. After the foaming agent is filled, the top face of the mold 1 is covered by a cover 4 so as to form a space filled with the foaming agent below the cover 4. Under the state just mentioned above, the mold 1 is heated at about 130-140 deg.C for about 20-30min so as to expand the foaming agent in the space in order to form foamed layer 3A. After that, the cover 4 is removed and a plurality of the tiles 2, 2 and 2 retainingly connected with the foamed layer 3A are separated from the mold 1 and then turned upside down so as to obtain a tile sheet, which is the sheet formed by retainingly connecting a plurality of the tiles 2, 2 and 2 with the foamed layer 3A.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a tile sheet used for manufacturing a PC plate is manufactured by the steps shown in FIGS. 7 to 11, and a manufacturing method thereof will be described first with reference to FIG. In, a plurality of concave portions 51 opened on the upper surface side
a, 51a, 51a and a convex part 51b, 51b projecting upward between the concave parts 51a, 51a are used, and the mold 51 has a plurality of pores 51c, 5 penetrating in the vertical direction.
1c is formed, and the vacuum tube 52 is connected to operate an external vacuum device to form each concave portion 51 of the mold 51.
This mold 51 is constructed so that the inside of a can be depressurized.
A vinyl chloride film 54 is laid on the upper surface of the film, and the film 54 is heated and decompressed to reduce the pressure of the film 5.
4 is brought into close contact with the concave portions 51a and the convex portions 51b to form the film 54 in an uneven shape.

FIG. 8 shows the film molded body 54 of the film thus formed, which is released from the mold 51 and turned upside down. That is, in the film molded body 54, the convex portions 54a are formed by the concave portions 51a, and the concave portions 54b are alternately formed by the convex portions 51b. Using the film molded body 54 formed in this way, as shown in FIG. 9, a plurality of tiles 56, 56, 56 are arranged in a form fitting in a form 55 such that the back foot 56a side is the lower surface. The film molding 54 is covered on the tiles 56, 56, 56 arranged in a large number, and the mold 55 is heated to integrate the film molding 54 with the tiles 56, 56. After that, the film molded body 54 and each tile 56,
56 is unmolded in an integrated state, and the temporary joint material 58, 58 is formed in each recess 54b, 54b, 54b of the film molded body 54, respectively.
When the respective 58 are fitted and reversed, a state as shown in FIG. 10 is obtained, and in this state of FIG.
And the tile sheet 57 like this.
As shown in FIG. 11, the soles 56 of the tiles 56 are transported to another factory and float on the base B.
The PC plate is formed by placing concrete with the a side facing upward and placing the concrete from above the tile 56 in this state. After the placed concrete is cured, the temporary joint material 58 and the film are formed. The molded body 54 is peeled off to complete the PC concrete slab.

After the foaming agent 3 has been filled in this way, a lid 4 is provided on the upper surface of the mold 1 as shown in FIG. At this time, a space S filled with the foaming agent 3 is formed below the lid 4. In the state of FIG. 4, the mold 1 is heated at a temperature of about 130 ° C. to 140 ° C. for about 20 to 30 minutes. By this heating, the foaming agent 3 is foamed in the space S, and the foaming layer 3A in which the foaming agent 3 is foamed is formed in the space S.

After that, the lid 4 is removed, and the plurality of tiles 2 and 2 held and connected by the foam layer 3A are released from the mold 1 and turned upside down, and the shape shown in the perspective view of FIG. 6 is obtained. It becomes the tile sheet 5. That is, the tile sheet 5 is one in which a plurality of tiles 2 and 2 are connected and held by a foam layer 3A, and a joint portion 3Ab of the foam layer 3A is formed between the tiles 2 and 2, and the foam layer 3A is It is composed of the plurality of joint portions 3Ab and the base portion 3Aa. Such a tile sheet 5 is transferred to another factory, and concrete is cast from above to the upper surface side of each tile 2, that is, the back foot 2a side to form a PC plate.
