Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fitting workability, the airtightness, and the heat insulating property by filling and hardening the foaming material in an inner space between a panel frame and a sheet adhered to each side of the frame, and fixing a face plate thereto to prevent the warping of the heat insulating panel. SOLUTION: Sheets 8, 8 are adhered to a surface on the outdoor side of a frame 10 of a heat insulating panel and a surface on the indoor side, and the foamed material 9 is filled and injected in an inner space surrounded by the frame 10 and the sheet 8 on the outer surface on the outdoor side, and hardened to constitute a heat insulating panel body 2. The heat insulating panel body 2 is fixed to a face plate for a bearing wall consisting of a chip material, lauan material, or plywood by driving a fixing piece such as a nail into the frame 10 through the face plate 1. Because the foamed material 9 is filled and hardened in the condition where the face plate 1 is not fitted, and then, the face plate 1 is fitted to the frame 10, the warping of the face plate 1 due to shrinkage of the foamed material 9, and the warping of the panel body 2 due to the warping of the face plate 1 can be prevented.

On the other hand, as the face material 40, a face material for load-bearing walls made of chip material such as OSB (Oriented Structural Board) or lauan material is used. A small amount of water is brought into the factory from foreign countries, and the one with a water content of about 3% at the stage of manufacturing the heat insulation panel in the factory is gradually absorbed by moisture in the air when it is provided to the sales channel as the heat insulation panel. For example, the water content increases to about 10%, and due to this increase in the water content, the surface on the outdoor side of the face material 40 not constrained by the foam material 45 expands as indicated by an arrow X2.

If the airtight portion 11b of the airtight member 11 is made of a soft resin into a fin shape as in the present embodiment, the frame portion of the heat insulating panel which is assembled by the frame members 3 to 5 is pushed between the frames. As a result, the airtight portion 11b bends, and the airtight portion 11b
Since the airtight portion 11b comes into close contact with the surface of the framework such as the column 16 due to the elasticity of the airtightness, airtightness and heat insulation are secured. In addition, as compared with a conventional sponge, which expands and contracts in the thickness direction of the sponge to follow the size of the gap between the heat insulating panel and the frame, the airtight portion 11 having flexible elasticity is provided.
By following the size of the gap by the bending of b,
It can be used over a wide range of gaps, ensuring airtightness and heat insulation. Further, when a gap of, for example, about 15 mm at the maximum is formed between the frame members 3 to 5 and the frame due to an attachment error of the frame members 3 to 5 or a construction error of the frame, it is 15 mm.
When a sponge having a certain thickness is attached to the periphery of the frame members 3 to 5, it is difficult to insert the heat insulating panel between the frames when the gap is narrow or the bar is turned up, and the mass of the material is increased. However, by forming the airtight portion 11b in a fin shape as in the present embodiment, the mass of the material does not increase. Further, since the heat insulating panel can be mounted without worrying about sponge turning over, the mounting workability is good.

Further, by constructing the heat insulating material with the foam material 9, the assembling work for incorporating the solid heat insulating material into the frame becomes unnecessary, and the gap between the heat insulating material and the inner surface of the frame material is caulking material. There is an advantage that the process is simplified because the work of closing with is unnecessary. When the heat insulating material is formed by injecting and filling such a foam material, since the frame members 3 to 5 are made of the wooden, resin or concrete frame,
Unlike the case where 5 is composed of a resin molded body, it is not necessary to apply a jig for receiving foaming pressure to the frame members 3 to 5, and the foaming material can be solidified. Will be easier.

In the heat insulation panel shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, as a means for integrating the structural parts A (a to d) and the airtight parts e and f, as long as a process suitable for mass production can be taken. Of course, the frame members 3A to 5A may be integrated in the process of fitting or inserting the constituent members of the airtight parts e and f, which are separately manufactured, into the fitting part provided in the structure part. Since the airtight portions e and f can sometimes be integrated with the structural portions (a to d), the pasting work of the airtight material which is conventionally required is not necessary, which is suitable for mass production and the productivity can be improved. In addition, since it can be manufactured by extrusion molding of resin, the quality is stable compared to conventional products by cutting wood and fixing it to face material, and the airtight part e,
The dimensional accuracy of the position and size of f is improved. Further, since the frame members 3A to 5A can be formed thin with a thickness of about a fraction of that of wood, the cross-sectional area of the foam material 9 becomes larger than that of the conventional wood frame. Excellent in heat insulation and can be made lighter.
