Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a visually handicapped passenger can recognize a landing call device and car call device through his sense of touch when he uses an elevator, by generating vibration when the passenger touched. SOLUTION: When a touch sensor 2 in a landing call device 1 detects a contact by a passenger, a timer 5 in a hall control device 4 is reset, and time counting initiated so that a landing call button 3 vibrates.
